# One bot per meeting

> When several teammates are in the same meeting, one AI Coach Bot joins instead of one per person. Everyone still gets their own report.

When teammates share a meeting, one bot joins for all of them. Each teammate still gets their own recording and report, scored with their own scorecard.

Company admins turn it on in **Settings** > **Organization** > **Recording policy** > **Company bot**. It applies to everyone at the company.

## Who gets a report

Everyone who had the meeting on a connected calendar and was set to record it. Your own [recording preferences](/ai-coach-bot/recording-preferences) and [Blocklist](/ai-coach-bot/blocklist) still apply: if they skip a meeting, the bot joins for your teammates and you get no report. The company Blocklist keeps the bot out for everyone.

Each report still uses a credit.

## Bot name

The company bot uses one name for everyone, **(Company) Notetaker** unless an admin changes it. Personal bot names aren't used in these meetings. A new name applies to meetings booked from then on.

## Good to know

* It applies to meetings booked after it's turned on. Meetings that already had bots keep them, so you may see several bots for a while. Turning it off works the same way.
* Two invites count as the same meeting when they have the same link and start time. Different links get different bots.
* A bot you add by pasting the meeting link is personal. It joins even when the company bot is there.
* Each company brings its own bot, so a meeting between two Triple Session customers has two.
