# Custom scorecards

> Get a scorecard built around your team's own playbook, then keep its criteria, insights, and matching rules up to date yourself.

If your team follows a proprietary playbook, Triple Session can build a custom scorecard tailored to your process. Custom scorecards sit next to the built-in templates on **Settings** > **Team** > **Scorecards**, under the **Custom** tab.

## Requesting a custom scorecard

Send a message to [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com) and describe your playbook. The team will build the scorecard for you.

## Editing a custom scorecard

Unlike templates, custom scorecards can be edited. Click **Edit** on the scorecard's row to change:

* **Details** — name, language, and tags. See [Scorecard details and language](/ai-coach/scorecards#scorecard-details-and-language).
* **When to use this scorecard** — the description and smart selection hints. See [Smart Scorecards](/ai-coach/scorecards/smart-scorecards).
* **Criteria** — the questions AI Coach scores, with their weights and skippable conditions. See [How criteria are scored](/ai-coach/scorecards#how-criteria-are-scored).
* **Insights** — what AI Coach extracts from each call, and the insights language.

A custom scorecard can also be made unscored, so its calls are reviewed against the criteria without getting a score. See [Unscored scorecards](/ai-coach/scorecards/unscored-scorecards).

<Note>
  Changes apply to new meetings reviewed with that scorecard. If you don't see **Edit**, ask a company admin for the **Edit scorecards** permission — see [Company Permissions](/workspace/roles-and-permissions#company-permissions).
