# Transfer Calls

> Managers and members can now transfer a call report to a different rep — changing both the owner and the evaluatee when the wrong person was credited.

When the AI Coach bot joins from a manager's account, or a rep forwards a recording, the call sometimes gets attributed to the wrong person. Fixing this used to require contacting support.

When changing the scorecard on a call, managers can now also **change the call owner and evaluatee** in the same action.

* Transfer the report to the rep who actually did the call
* Correct the evaluatee if the wrong profile was assigned
* Works for any call — bot recordings, uploaded files, and third-party imports

## Who can use it

* **Managers** — can transfer any call in their workspace
* **Members** — can transfer calls in workspaces where members can see other members (open workspaces)

Members in restricted workspaces should ask their manager to transfer on their behalf.
