# Advanced Permissions & CRM Field Explorer

> Admins can now enforce company-wide permissions on deleting reports, changing scorecards, and editing scorecards. Plus a new tool to explore CRM fields directly from the scorecard builder.

More admin control over what users can do in the platform, and over how scorecards map to the CRM.

## Advanced Permissions

Admins can now enforce permissions across the company. The first batch of configurable permissions:

| Permission                 | Default roles          |
| -------------------------- | ---------------------- |
| Delete reports             | Admin, Manager, Member |
| Change scorecard on a call | Admin, Manager, Member |
| Edit scorecards            | Admin only             |

Each permission can be restricted to `Admin`, `Manager`, or `Member` level — or locked to Admin only. Changes apply company-wide.

## CRM Field Explorer

A new **Explore CRM Fields** button in the scorecard builder lets you browse your connected CRM's available fields and options without leaving Triple Session.

Particularly useful for:

* Seeing available options for dropdown fields before writing a deal insight prompt
* Confirming which fields exist and what values they accept
* Copying field options directly into your scorecard configuration

Available in the Deal Insights section of the scorecard builder and in the Automations mapping screen.

## AI CRM Mapping Recommendations

The scorecard CRM mapping screen now generates mapping recommendations. Triple Session reads your deal insight fields, compares them to your available CRM properties, and suggests mappings you can accept with one click.
