# Scheduled Insights

Global Insights answers questions about your calls, but someone has to remember to ask. Scheduled Insights removes that step.

Write a question once. Set a schedule — weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Triple Session runs it and delivers the results.

* **Email delivery** — choose which team members receive the insight when it's ready
* **Slack notifications** — send results to any Slack channel automatically
* **Trend history** — each scheduled insight builds a history over time, so you can compare runs and spot changes

Recurring questions like "What objections came up most this month?" or "Where is the team struggling on Discovery calls?" turn into automatic reports.

Results show up in your Insights page under a dedicated Scheduled tab, separate from manually triggered insights.
