# Training Focus & New Dashboard

> Managers and reps can now set a Training Focus based on scorecard performance. Plus a new dashboard with recent meetings, workspace shortcuts, and coaching notes.

A new dashboard for both managers and reps, plus a dedicated Training Focus feature.

## Training Focus

Managers and reps can now define a **Training Focus** — a specific scorecard section to improve over time. Once set:

* The dashboard tracks week-over-week progress on that section
* The AI Coach surfaces relevant recommendations linked to the focus area
* Managers can see each rep's Training Focus on their profile

## New Dashboard

The dashboard has been redesigned with coaching front and center:

* **Recent meetings** — the last few calls, visible at a glance
* **Workspace shortcuts** — quick access to your most-used workspaces
* **Team member list** — for managers, a view of each rep's recent activity
* **Coaching notes widget** — notes from managers appear directly on the dashboard for both managers and reps

## Coaching Notes

Notes are now available to everyone in the platform with a dedicated notes page. Reps can view feedback from their manager, and managers can track which notes have been acknowledged. Notes can be marked as completed — useful for action items and follow-ups.

## Default Pipeline

Admins can now set a default Pipeline for a workspace. This removes the need for reps to select a pipeline every time they open the Deals view.
