**AI Coach chat, front and center**

The dashboard opens with AI Coach chat. Reps can ask questions about their calls, get feedback on a specific moment, or request a coaching plan — all from their home page.

**5x faster chat**

All chats (Deal Chat, Rep Coach, Company Chat) now run on a new model with faster response times and better tool calling. Conversation history persists across sessions.

**Training Focus, week over week**

If a rep has a Training Focus set, the dashboard shows progress week over week instead of a static number.

**Recommended courses and sessions**

Personalized course and session recommendations from the Triple Session Academy, based on the rep's actual performance gaps, with direct links.

**Growth Opportunities sidebar**

A sidebar widget surfaces other areas to practice, based on patterns in the rep's recent calls.
