In this article, we’ll walk you through setting this up in HubSpot, but the same principles apply to Salesforce.

1. Set Up the Fields in HubSpot

To begin, create the following properties in the Deal object of your CRM:

  • Score: Use the field type Number to record Playbook Scores.

  • Call Link: Use the field type Single-line text to store the report links.

💡 In the example below, we used "Discovery Score" and "Discovery Call Link". Feel free to use any name related to your playbook, such as Cold Call Score or Connection Call Score.

2. Map Fields in Triple Session

  • As an Admin, navigate to the workspace settings in Triple Session and either edit a CRM mapping or create a new one.

  • Select the corresponding HubSpot Deal Properties for your Playbook Score and Report Link.

3. Automate Data Sync

Once the mapping is complete, Triple Session will automatically push:

  • The Playbook Score goes directly to the corresponding field in your CRM.

  • The Report Link will enable reps to access detailed call insights instantly.


Best Practices for Success

  • Field Types: Ensure the correct field types are used to prevent errors in data syncing. Use Number for scores and Single-line text for links.

  • Utilize Filters: Once data starts syncing, use your CRM’s filtering tools to segment deals by Playbook Scores or access detailed reports with a single click.

  • Coach Effectively: Managers can use the synced scores to quickly identify deals or reps that need additional coaching.
