Triple Session’s AI generates these Moments based on your process, identifying and segmenting the most relevant and impactful sections of sales calls.

How Are moments generated?
Moments are generated automatically by Triple Session’s AI. Here’s how it works:
Call processing:
The video recording is uploaded to the system when a sales call is completed.
AI Analysis:
The AI scans the video for key sections that stand out based on:
Your process;
Speech patterns;
Keywords (e.g., objection handling or competitor mentions);
Contextual cues (e.g., shifts in tone, key decision points).
Segmentation and tagging:
The AI creates Moments by extracting clips and assigning relevant tags (e.g., "Budget Constraints," "Competitor Mention").
Auto organized:
Moments are stored and made searchable, ready for review, coaching, and sharing.
Where can you find moments?
Moments are available directly in the AI Coach under the "Moments" section and inside each call in the Video tab. Here’s how to access them:
For each call
In each report, click on the video tab. This gives you access to the call recording and all its generated moments.
For the team moments
Navigate to the "AI Coach" -> "Moments" Tab:
Locate and click on the "Moments" tab.
Explore Moments:
Use the search bar or filters to find specific Moments based on tags, team members, or topics.
Review a Moment:
Click on a Moment to view the video clip, read its description, and see related information.
Prerequisites to Generate Moments
To ensure that Moments can be created for your sales conversations, the following requirements must be met:
1. Import Calls
Moments are generated from recorded video calls. You can import calls in one of the following ways:
Integrations:
Sync calls from Zoom or Google Meet directly into Triple Session AI Coach or using our Bot.
Manual Uploads:
Upload recorded videos directly into the system.

To get started, make sure your video calls are imported, and Moments will automatically be created and ready for you to review!
