Call Processing:
When a sales call is completed, the audio or video recording is uploaded into the system.

The AI scans the call transcript and video/audio for key sections that stand out based on:
Speech patterns.
Keywords (e.g., objection handling or competitor mentions).
Contextual cues (e.g., shifts in tone, key decision points).
Segmentation and Tagging:

To ensure that Moments can be created for your sales conversations, the following requirements must be met:

Moments are generated from recorded calls. You can import calls in one of the following ways:
Integrations:
Sync calls from Zoom or Google Meet directly into Triple Session AI Coach.
Manual Uploads:
Upload recorded videos or audio files directly into the system.
2. Recording Quality
Ensure your recordings meet the following criteria:
Clear audio quality to enable accurate transcription and analysis.
