Triple Session’s AI Coach integrates with Aircall to automatically review your sales calls and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
To connect Aircall with Triple Session's AI Coach, you must be an admin in Aircall and an Admin in a Triple Session Workspace.
Once connected, this single point allows integration for your entire workspace, enabling users to access it immediately without further setup.
Follow these steps to set up the integration:
Step 1: Access AI Coach settings
In your Triple Session account, navigate to AI Coach in the left-hand menu. Select Settings and then choose Call Recording Integrations.
Step 2: Select Aircall as your integration
In the list of integrations, locate Aircall and click on the Connect Aircall button. Then, select which workspace you want to connect Aircall with.
Step 3: Authorize the integration
You will be redirected to the Aircall authorization page—Grant Triple Session AI Coach access to your Aircall account by clicking Authorize.
Step 4: Confirm
Once authorization is complete, you’ll be redirected back to Triple Session.
Step 5: Enable Automatic Call Reviews and pick your scorecards
In the settings, toggle on the Automated Call Reviews option. This ensures that every call recorded via Aircall is automatically reviewed and scored by AI Coach.
Under Workspace Smart Scorecards, select the scorecards you want to use for call evaluations (e.g., Cold Call, Discovery—SPICED). AI Coach will automatically apply these scorecards to your reviewed calls.
