2024 was intense. And we couldn't be happier with the result: much more value to sales folks.

A core element of our mission has always been to help sales folks to improve their skills, increase their productivity, and, ultimately, excel in their careers. From AI Coach, to expert-led courses, to certificates — with the improvements we've shipped in 2024, we can confidently say we've achieved that.

Of course, the job is far from done. But, for now, let's take a look at how Triple Session has become an integral part of revenue teams’ workflows around the globe.

🤖 AI Coach

Yes, Triple Session is the only gamified sales training software available today, with actionable courses, bite-sized training sessions, progress tracking, a leaderboard to complete globally, achievements, certificates... It's great, and the feedback we get proves so.

Still, there was a missing piece of the puzzle, which we found through direct user feedback: How do I know what skills to improve? How do I know in what courses or sessions to invest my time?

These questions were the seed that blossomed into a full-fledged, innovative product: AI Coach.

Performance Feedback

With AI Coach, reps and sales leaders can know — not guess — where they are doing well and where they need to improve. They can find out what's missing in the way they're handling calls with prospects, preventing the risk of losing deals early on.

It does so by:

  • Analyzing sales calls against your playbook and established sales best practices

  • Providing detailed feedback on your call performance, delivering it instantly to your inbox

  • Generating a customized Coaching Plan that highlights ****your biggest improvement opportunity, providing actionable advice to apply on next calls, and recommending sessions that teach you how to improve that particular skill in practice

Productivity Boost

AI Coach doesn't stop at performance. It provides reps with tools to speed up their day-to-day. Some highlights to boost productivity are:

  • CRM Update: It extracts information directly from calls, summarizing it and organizing it into Deal Insights that reps can send to the CRM with one click.

  • Follow-Up Email: It automatically generates emails reps can use to follow-up with prospects right away. Reps can create their own email templates, customizing the output to their unique style and preferences.

  • Ask AI Coach: Reps can ask AI Coach questions about any aspect of the call. Buying signals, objections raised, next steps agreed on. It's valuable data already interpreted for you.


📊 Scorecard Insights

As sales teams started using AI Coach, it was clear they were getting value from the instant feedback and in-depth data customized to their own playbook.

But, these insights were still delivered call-by-call. There was an imminent need to multi-meeting insights. Again, through user feedback, we quickly figured this out and rolled up our sleeves.

Scorecard Insights showcase how sales teams and individuals are performing the steps of the playbook. It not only ranks, but provides granular insights on each playbook step.

With our AI trained by sales experts, we're able to identify patterns on how teams and individuals behave on calls, spotting strengths and weaknesses and linking them back to call examples.


⏯️ Moments

At first, AI Coach delivered just the call's transcript — but we knew from the start it wasn't enough. We wanted to bring the full video experience to AI Coach, and we did it.

But… we went beyond that. Together with displaying the full video recording in AI Coach, we also shipped the Moments feature.

Moments are must-see snippets from your calls. They automatically capture real-life examples of sales techniques, prospect information and feedback, and other “aha” moments that can help you and your team understand the deal.

Most sales folks don't have the time to go back on video recordings, so Moments are a way to provide video insights in bite-sized, shareable chunks.

Some ways to use Moments:

  1. Sharing Moments internally to provide context on deals and specific prospects

  2. Sharing Moments with teammates to provide examples of sales techniques in practice

  3. Searching through a library of Moments to find clips of specific topics

  4. 👀 Coming soon: Creating playlists with Moments (you can create any type of playlist: best practices, how to handle objections, prospect information, etc).


💬 Ask AI Coach

Yet another way — and perhaps the fastest — of getting granular, specific insights on sales calls.

Whether you want information on how you performed, on what was the prospect's impression of the solution, on what objections the prospect raised, on what buying signals the prospect demonstrated… You name it. You can ask AI Coach anything.

We've created our own ChatGPT inside of AI Coach, helping you get the information you need, already interpreted and summarized, in just seconds. No more scrambling through transcripts, watching recordings, or taking meeting notes.

A few examples of questions you can ask AI Coach:

  • What is the prospect's budget?

  • Who are the key decision makers?

  • Summarize the call for me

  • What objections did the prospect raise?

  • What were the buying signals?

  • What are the chances of closing this deal?

  • Write a follow-up email highlighting next steps

We've always gotten excellent feedback on our courses, especially regarding how straightforward and actionable the bite-sized sessions were. People were happy. Yet, a key part of the online learning experience was missing: certificates.

Through your feedback, we learned how important it was to celebrate achievements and to showcase career dedication to your network, be it through LinkedIn or other channels.

Now, for every course you complete, you get a shiny certificate signed by our very own sales expert and CEO Matt Doyon. All you need to do is complete the course, reaching a minimum of 80% accuracy score across all sessions.


🌟 Expert-led Courses

Finally, we've made sure to raise the bar on our learning experience. We've launched our Expert Partner program, where we work directly with the absolute best sales pros of today's industry.

Our expert partners create courses on their area of expertise, sharing tried-and-true tactics that they've developed themselves and used to grow their career and results to admirable statuses.
