Disconnecting Your Zoom Account from Triple Session AI Coach

We understand that sometimes you need to manage your integrations and disconnect services. If you want to disconnect your Zoom account from Triple Session AI Coach, we’ve got you covered with a few quick steps. It’s just as easy as connecting was!

How to Disconnect Your Zoom Account:

Step 1: Go to AI Coach Settings

First, make sure you’re logged into your Triple Session account. Click on the ‘AI Coach’ tab at the top of your screen and then select 'Settings' to manage your integrations and scorecards.

Step 2: Access Integrations

In the 'Settings' menu, you’ll see two options. Click on ‘Integrations’ to view all the services connected to your AI Coach.

Step 3: Find Zoom Integration

Now you're on the Integrations page, locate the 'Zoom Integration' section. Here, you’ll see the current status of your Zoom connection.

Step 4: Disconnect Zoom

You’ll notice a button that says ‘Unlink Zoom Account’. Click this button to start the disconnection process.

Step 5: All Set!

And that’s it! You’ll be redirected back to the Integrations page and your Zoom account will no longer be connected to the AI Coach. You can reconnect anytime if you change your mind.

What Does This Mean for You?

Once you disconnect, AI Coach will no longer analyze calls from your Zoom account.

Any existing analyses will remain, but no new Zoom calls will be imported for evaluation.

You can always reconnect your Zoom account later if you decide to resume this feature.
