Triple Session's AI Coach connects with Zoom to read transcripts of the cloud recordings and provide insights and recommendations on sales calls.
The Zoom API allows us to pull cloud recordings with transcripts for the past 30 days.
Follow these steps to ensure AI Coach and Zoom are correctly connected and ready to work together 🤝
Go to your profile Settings page
To start, visit your profile settings page at (https://zoom.us/profile/setting) and click Recording at the top.
Ensure Cloud Recording is enabled
Scroll down to Cloud Recording and make sure it is enabled. This ensures that meetings are stored in the cloud so that AI Coach can access them.
Also, inside the Advanced cloud recording settings, ensure the option Create audio transcript is enabled.

With these two steps, you finished configuring Zoom to work with Triple Session's AI Coach.
