# Earn Course Certificates in Triple Session Academy Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/academy/certificates Complete Triple Session courses and reach 80% quiz accuracy to earn certificates you can display on your profile and share on LinkedIn. Triple Session course certificates are a tangible way to showcase your investment in sales skill development. When you complete a course and meet the accuracy requirement, you receive a certificate that acknowledges your progress — not as a finish line, but as a milestone in your ongoing learning journey. You can display certificates on your personal profile and share them directly to your LinkedIn profile. ## What a certificate shows Each Triple Session certificate includes: * The name of the course you completed * The issuing organization (Triple Session) * Your issue date * A unique credential ID * A shareable credential URL Certificates do not expire, so they remain a permanent record of your achievement. ## How to earn a certificate Choose any course in the Triple Session Academy and start your first session. You can browse all available courses at [app.triplesession.com/tracks](https://app.triplesession.com/tracks). Work through every session in the course. Each session ends with a quiz — answer the questions to lock in your score for that session before moving on. To earn a certificate, your overall average quiz accuracy across all sessions in the course must reach at least 80%. You do not need to score 80% on every individual quiz — only your overall average needs to meet the threshold. When you finish the course, you will see your average accuracy. If you fall short, you can retake sessions immediately to improve your score. Once you meet the accuracy requirement, your certificate is ready. You can find it in your course page along with your credential ID and credential URL. The 80% accuracy requirement ensures the certificate reflects genuine knowledge of the course material. If you don't reach 80% on the first attempt, retake the sessions where your score was lowest to bring your average up. ## Where certificates appear Your earned certificates appear on your **personal profile** in Triple Session. Your profile is the central record of your learning activity, including sessions completed, quiz accuracy, learning streaks, and the certificates you've earned. ## How to share your certificate on LinkedIn Log in to LinkedIn and navigate to your profile page. Click **"Add profile section"** below your name and picture. Choose **"Recommended"** and then click **"Add licenses & certifications"**. Enter the following information: * **Name** — the course name * **Issuing organization** — Triple Session * **Issue date** — the date shown on your certificate page * **Expiration date** — leave empty (your certificate does not expire) * **Credential ID** — the ID number found on your certificate page * **Credential URL** — the URL found on your certificate page Click **Save**. Your Triple Session certificate now appears in your LinkedIn **Licenses & Certifications** section. You can optionally add the skills you practiced in the course and attach the certificate image to the Skills and Media sections of the LinkedIn entry. This information is already contained in the credential URL, so it is optional. # Sales Courses Available in Triple Session Academy Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/academy/courses Explore Triple Session's catalog of sales courses — from cold calling and discovery to MEDDICC, SPICED, LinkedIn prospecting, and AI for sales. A full-year subscription is \$300. Can you approve this as an L\&D reimbursement?* # Set Up the AI Coach Bot on Zoom Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach-bot/bot-on-zoom Configure Zoom-specific settings to let the AI Coach Bot join, record, and automatically review your Zoom meetings for sales performance analysis. The AI Coach Bot works with Zoom, but requires a few settings to be enabled in your Zoom account before it can join and record meetings on your behalf. Complete the steps below to make sure everything is configured correctly. ## How the AI Coach Bot works on Zoom When a new Zoom meeting appears on your calendar, the bot identifies it as a Zoom meeting and automatically schedules itself to join — unless you manually remove it from the Triple Session list of upcoming meetings. When the meeting starts, the bot joins and requests permission to record. The meeting host must grant this permission for the bot to begin recording. The host must join Zoom using the **Zoom Desktop app** (Windows, Mac, or Linux). Joining through the Zoom web browser client is not supported because the recording permission prompt does not appear there. ## Configure Zoom to allow recording In your Zoom account, go to **Settings** > **Recording** and make sure **Local recording** is turned on. This setting allows participants to record meetings. Zoom local recording setting disabled — turn this on After enabling local recording, confirm that both of the following sub-options are also enabled: * **Internal meeting participants** * **External meeting participants** These settings allow the AI Coach Bot — which joins as an external participant — to record the meeting when the host grants permission. Zoom recording settings showing internal and external participant options These settings are usually enabled by default in Zoom, but they may have been turned off manually. If the bot is unable to record your Zoom meetings, check these settings first. ## Manually invite the bot to a meeting If the bot was accidentally removed from a call, or if you want to record a meeting that your settings would normally exclude, you can send a manual invite at any time. The manual invite feature works across all supported platforms — Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams — not just Zoom. While in your active meeting, copy the unique meeting invitation link or URL from Zoom. Navigate to your Triple Session home page and click the **Invite bot to meeting** button. In the dialog box, paste the meeting link into the URL field and click **Invite**. A new bot instance will request to join your meeting within a minute. A manually invited bot joins through a public link and cannot access the original participant list from the calendar invite. As a result, **automatic deal matching and CRM data pushing may not work** for these recordings. Use manual invites as a recovery option, not as a replacement for automatic recording. # Enable the AI Coach Bot for Automatic Recording Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach-bot/enable-bot Set up the AI Coach Bot to automatically join and record your sales meetings on Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams — no manual uploads required. The AI Coach Bot joins your calendar meetings automatically so you can stay focused on the conversation. Once enabled, it records your calls and reviews them when they finish — no special subscriptions or manual uploads needed. ## Why use the AI Coach Bot * **No special subscriptions required:** You don't need a Google Business or Zoom paid plan. The bot joins and records calls on your behalf. * **Faster processing:** Processing time is significantly faster than native integrations with Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. * **Never miss a recording:** The bot joins every qualifying meeting automatically. You only need to allow it in, and it starts recording. ## How to enable the AI Coach Bot In Triple Session, click **Settings** in the left-hand sidebar. Triple Session Settings sidebar Under the **AI Coach** section, select **AI Coach Bot**. On the **AI Coach Bot** page, connect your **Google Calendar** or **Microsoft Outlook** account. The bot uses your calendar to detect upcoming meetings. Calendar connection options for Google and Outlook After connecting your calendar, enable the bot and configure your preferences. The bot is now ready to join your upcoming meetings. Bot enablement interface with preferences ## Customization options Once the bot is active, you can adjust the following settings: * **Bot display name:** By default, the bot appears in meetings as *Your Name's AI Coach Notetaker*. You can change this to any name you prefer. * **Meeting selection:** By default, the bot joins every non-recurring meeting on your calendar. You can remove it from specific meetings where you don't want it to attend. Scorecards are set separately, once, on the [Scorecards](/ai-coach/scorecards#choosing-which-scorecards-apply) page — they apply to every call AI Coach reviews for you, however it was recorded. ## Supported platforms The AI Coach Bot supports meetings on: * Google Meet * Zoom * Microsoft Teams Zoom requires additional configuration to allow the bot to record. See [Set Up the AI Coach Bot on Zoom](/ai-coach-bot/bot-on-zoom) for the required settings. ## Recording duration limit The AI Coach Bot records up to **2 hours and 10 minutes** per meeting. If a meeting runs longer, the bot stops recording at that point and processes only the captured portion. ### If you expect a longer meeting **Split into back-to-back sessions (recommended)** Schedule two separate meetings instead of one long one. Keep each under 2h10m. The bot joins both automatically and produces a separate report for each session. This is the most reliable approach and gives you cleaner, focused reports. **Re-invite the bot mid-meeting** When the bot reaches the 2h10m limit it leaves automatically. You can immediately invite it back to continue recording the rest of the meeting: 1. In AI Coach, click **Invite bot** (the bot icon in the top-right corner of the Meetings page). 2. Paste the meeting link (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams) and optionally add a title. 3. Click **Invite** — the bot rejoins and starts a new recording from that point. Invite bot to a live meeting dialog Each session produces its own report. Review them together for the full picture of the meeting. **Upload segments manually** If the meeting already happened and was recorded externally (via Zoom, Google Meet, or another tool): 1. Download the recording file. 2. Split it into segments under 2h10m using a tool like QuickTime, iMovie, or [Audacity](https://www.audacityteam.org/). 3. Upload each segment individually via **Review Call → Upload a file** in AI Coach. Manually uploaded segments are processed independently. Each produces its own report — review them together to get a full picture of the meeting. # Customize AI Coach Bot Recording Preferences Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach-bot/recording-preferences Control which meetings the AI Coach Bot records, set its display name, and adjust auto-review settings. Recording preferences let you control exactly which meetings the AI Coach Bot attends. You can target specific meeting types, filter by participant domain, or match on title keywords — keeping your recording library relevant and avoiding unnecessary credit usage. Bot recording is available only to members with a **Recording** seat. You can set a member's seat type when inviting them or later from **Settings** > **Team** > **People** — see [Roles & Permissions](/workspace/roles-and-permissions). ## Why configure recording preferences * **Targeted recording:** Focus the bot on specific meeting types, such as external calls, internal syncs, or meetings with keywords like "Discovery Call" in the title. * **Reduced noise:** Prevent the bot from joining meetings where its presence isn't needed, saving credits and keeping your library clean. * **Fuller coverage:** Optionally include recurring meetings alongside your chosen preference. ## How to configure recording preferences In Triple Session, click **Settings** in the left-hand navigation panel. Under the **AI Coach** section, select **AI Coach Bot**. Navigating to AI Coach Bot settings Click **Recording Preference** and select one of the following options: * **All one-time meetings:** The bot records every non-recurring meeting. This is the default behavior. * **External meetings only (most common):** The bot records a meeting only if at least one participant's email domain differs from yours. For example, if you are `john@acme.com` and a meeting includes `laura@stephens.com`, the bot joins. * **Internal meetings only:** The bot records a meeting only if all participants share your email domain. For example, if you are `john@acme.com`, the bot joins only meetings where every invitee also has an `@acme.com` address. * **By title keyword:** The bot records a meeting only if the meeting title contains one or more keywords you define. Type each keyword into the **Meeting title keywords** field and press Enter or click **Add**. The bot joins if any of the keywords match. Example keywords: "Discovery," "Demonstration," "Kickoff." Recording preference selection interface Entering keywords in the Meeting title keywords field Below the main preference options, find the **Include recurring meetings** toggle. By default, this is off — the bot only joins non-recurring meetings. Turn it on to also record meetings that repeat on a schedule. Include recurring meetings toggle Click **Save preferences** to apply your changes. If the **Include recurring meetings** toggle is off, the bot skips all recurring meetings regardless of the recording preference you selected above. # AI Coach Analytics: Team Performance Dashboards Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/analytics Use AI Coach Analytics to track team performance across all scorecards, drill into individual rep stats, and identify coaching opportunities at a glance. **Analytics** in AI Coach gives you a consolidated view of your team's performance: how scores trend over time, how each rep is doing, and where coaching is needed. ## How the dashboard is organized Your dashboard is built around **Views**. Each View is made up of **Stages**, and every stage tracks one scorecard. You can rename a stage — for example, "Cold Outreach" — to match the way your team actually sells. Switch between Views from the **Select View** dropdown, and set the one you use most as your default. AI Coach Analytics team performance dashboard overview The dashboard only shows stages that have call data by default, keeping the view clean. You can still add stages with no data — they appear with "0" values until calls are logged against them. ## Performance Overview The **Performance Overview** chart shows how scores and meeting volume trend over your selected date range. Switch between **Daily** and **Weekly** to zoom in or out, and read each stage's trend at a glance. Performance Overview chart with the Daily and Weekly toggle ## Filtering by date Use the date-range picker at the top of the dashboard to set the period you want to analyze. It defaults to the **last 30 days**, and score trends are compared against the previous period. Date-range picker on the Analytics dashboard ## Navigating from team overview to individual performance The dashboard opens on the team view, where you can see aggregate scores for each stage across all reps. To drill into a specific rep: 1. Find the rep's name in the **Performance table** — use the **Search members** box to filter the list. 2. Click their name to open their individual page. The individual page compares the rep against the team (**" vs Team average"**) across every stage, alongside an **Activity Feed** — a chronological timeline of their meetings showing each call's score, scorecard, deal, and any identified **Risks** and **Action Items**. Sub-tabs let you move between **Performance**, **Meetings**, **Notes**, and **Learning**. Individual rep page showing vs-Team-average comparison and Activity Feed Activity Feed timeline highlighting Risks and Action Items A rep's data may be **private** and not visible to the workspace. Coaching **Notes** are visible to managers only. ## Drilling into a stage To see a detailed breakdown for any stage, click a score value in the **Performance table** (for example, "74%" under "Discovery") on either the team view or an individual rep's view to go straight to that scorecard's dashboard. Clicking a score value in the Performance table to drill into a stage ## Customizing your Views You can create multiple Views to organize how stages are displayed: 1. Use the **Select View** dropdown to **Create View**, **Edit view**, **Delete view**, or **Set as Default**. View dropdown with Create, Edit, Delete, and Set as Default options 2. In **Edit view** mode, rename a stage or drag and drop stages to change their order. Editing a view: renaming stages and reordering by drag and drop Editing Views requires full (manager) access. View customizations are workspace-specific — changes you make in one workspace do not affect other workspaces. When you remove a stage from a View, its column is also removed from the **Performance table**. Hiding a column from the table does not affect the scorecard itself. ## Using the Performance table for quick insights The **Performance table** is the fastest way to spot patterns across your team: * A pinned **Team Average** row to benchmark each rep against. * A **trend arrow** (up, down, or stable) on every score cell — hover to see the exact change vs. the previous period. * **Search members** to filter rows, **sort** any column, and a column-visibility control to choose which stages appear. Performance table showing Team Average row, trend arrows, and member search Sorting a column in the Performance table to identify top performers Managing column visibility in the Performance table ## Best practices * **Tailor Views per workspace** — surface the stages most relevant to each team (for example, sales stages in a Sales workspace, CS stages in a Customer Success one). * **Coach proactively** — review rep Activity Feeds and watch the Risks and Action Items on each call. * **Watch the trends** — use the previous-period trend arrows to see whether coaching and process changes are landing. ## FAQ By default the dashboard only shows stages that have call data. Stages with no logged calls are hidden until calls are logged against them. In **Edit view** mode, add the scorecard you want as a new stage. It appears with "0" data until calls are logged against it. No. Renaming and reordering are specific to each workspace. # Ask AI Coach for On-Demand Call Analysis Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/ask-ai-coach Ask AI Coach targeted questions about any processed call to surface specific insights, scorecard results, and deal context without re-listening. **Ask AI Coach** is an integrated assistant that lets you query any processed call directly. After a call has been evaluated against its scorecard, you can ask specific questions about it and get instant answers drawn from the call recording and its evaluation results — without re-listening to the full conversation. ## How to use Ask AI Coach 1. **Open a processed call** — Navigate to any call in **AI Coach** that has already been processed and evaluated. 2. **Click Ask AI Coach** — The chat input opens within the call report. 3. **Type your question** — Enter a specific question or select one of the suggested questions displayed in the chat. AI Coach analyzes the call recording and scorecard evaluation to generate a targeted answer. ## What kinds of questions you can ask Ask AI Coach works best when your questions are specific to the call or its scorecard evaluation. Examples of useful questions: * "What were the main pain points discussed by the prospect?" * "Where in the call was the scorecard item 'Asked about budget' addressed?" * "Why was the 'Purpose Clearly Established' item marked as needing improvement?" * "Summarize how the rep handled objections in this call." * "What was agreed on as the next step at the end of the call?" ## Tips for better answers The more precise your question, the more relevant the answer. Instead of "How did the call go?", ask "What were the main pain points discussed by \[Person]?" to get a focused, actionable response. Ask questions that reference specific scorecard items directly. For example: "Tell me where the scorecard item 'Asked about budget' was addressed" or "Why was 'Purpose Clearly Established' marked as needing improvement?" AI Coach uses the scorecard results as part of its analysis. If the first answer does not give you enough detail, rephrase your question or ask a follow-up. Ask AI Coach can handle multi-turn conversations about a call. Use Ask AI Coach to navigate quickly to key moments or get summaries, but listen to crucial segments yourself when you need complete context and nuance. Ask AI Coach is available on any call that has been fully processed and evaluated by Triple Session. The feature is not available on calls that are still being processed or that were not evaluated against a scorecard. Ask AI Coach answers questions about a **single call**. To ask across your whole company's meetings, use [Company AI Chat](/ai-coach/company-chat) or [Global Insights](/ai-coach/insights). # Automated Call Reviews in AI Coach Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/automated-reviews Set up Automated Reviews so AI Coach evaluates every meeting as soon as it ends — no manual uploads or scorecard selection required. Automated Reviews let AI Coach evaluate your meetings the moment they end. Once you connect a supported calling tool and turn on Auto Reviews for it, AI Coach pulls in recordings automatically, picks the right scorecard with Smart Scorecards, and delivers coaching insights to your **AI Coach** dashboard — no manual uploads or scorecard selection needed. ## How to set up Automated Reviews Automated Reviews require an active integration with at least one supported call recording platform. Follow the setup guide for your tool: * [Zoom](/integrations/zoom) * [Google Meet](/integrations/google-meet) * [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot) * [Microsoft Teams](/integrations/microsoft-teams) * [Fireflies](/integrations/fireflies) * [Aircall](/integrations/aircall) * [Quo](/integrations/quo) Auto Reviews are an opt-in setting on each integration. When you connect a tool, you'll be prompted to **confirm your Auto Review settings** during setup — you can also change this any time from the integration's panel in settings. Turn on **Automatically review meetings** for each tool you want AI Coach to process. When it's on, AI Coach reviews meetings recorded through that tool as soon as they end. The Automatically review meetings toggle on an integration's settings panel After each meeting ends, AI Coach processes the recording and delivers results to your **AI Coach** dashboard. You can view performance scores, scorecard breakdowns, and coaching plans for every reviewed call. ## Smart Scorecards Smart Scorecards let Automated Reviews pick the right scorecard for each meeting with no manual input. AI Coach matches the call against your eligible scorecards — using each one's description and smart selection hints — and applies the best fit. Control which scorecards AI Coach picks for your calls at **Settings** > **Team** > **Scorecards**: toggle **Auto-apply** on a scorecard to include or exclude it. See [Scorecards](/ai-coach/scorecards#smart-scorecards) to tune how matching works. Scorecards page with the Auto-apply toggle on each scorecard row Auto-apply is personal — it only affects your own reviews. Admins and Managers set which scorecards apply to their team from the same page's **Assign** action, or from [People](/workspace/manage-members#assign-scorecards-to-your-team). ## Controlling which meetings get reviewed You can be more selective about what AI Coach picks up: * **AI Coach Bot recording preferences** — choose which calendar meetings the Bot records: all one-time meetings, external only, internal only, or by title keyword, with an option to include recurring meetings. See [Recording preferences](/ai-coach-bot/recording-preferences). * **HubSpot Call Sources** — if you use HubSpot, select which call sources (VoIP and/or other integrations) AI Coach reviews. See [HubSpot](/integrations/hubspot). ## Turning off Auto Reviews Auto Reviews are controlled per integration. If you prefer to review certain meetings manually, turn off **Automatically review meetings** for that tool in its settings panel. You can still manually upload or import meetings for review at any time. Have questions or run into issues? Contact the support team at [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com). # Company AI Chat: Ask Across Your Whole Company Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/company-chat Have a back-and-forth conversation with AI about your team's performance and patterns, grounded in transcripts from across your entire company. **Company AI Chat** is a conversational assistant that draws on transcripts from across your entire company. Ask about team performance, recurring patterns, objections, or competitors, and get answers in a natural back-and-forth — then keep asking follow-ups in the same thread. Company AI Chat empty state: ask anything about your company's meetings, with suggested questions and chat history ## What you can do * **Ask anything about company meetings** — performance, trends, objections, competitors, requested features, and more. * **Have a conversation** — follow up, refine, and dig deeper without starting over. The chat keeps context across the thread. * **Start from a suggestion** — pick one of the suggested prompts to get going quickly. * **Pick up where you left off** — past conversations are saved in your chat history, so you can return to them anytime. The scope is always **All company meetings** — every answer is grounded in your company's transcripts, with the relevant data pulled in as you ask. ## Access Company AI Chat is available to **Admins by default**. Admins can extend access to Managers and Members from **Settings → Organization → Permissions**, in the **AI & Integrations** section, by toggling **Company AI chat** on for each role. AI & Integrations settings with per-role toggles for Global Insights and Company AI chat The three toggles map to the company roles **Admin**, **Manager**, and **Member**. Admins always keep access — the toggle stays on. See [Roles & Permissions](/workspace/roles-and-permissions) for how roles work. ## Example questions * "How is the team performing in the last 30 days?" * "What are our most common objections?" * "What is the most requested feature we don't have?" * "What are the bottlenecks on signing customers?" * "List the top 10 calls based on score in the past 90 days." ## Tips for better answers Narrow questions get sharper answers. "How did discovery calls go last month?" beats "How are we doing?" Treat it as a conversation. Once you get an answer, drill in — "Which reps had the most of those?" — instead of rephrasing from scratch. Open the history to return to an earlier conversation, or start a new chat when you switch topics so each thread stays focused. For analyzed answers with patterns, examples, and recurring reports, use [Global Insights](/ai-coach/insights). For questions about a single call, use [Ask AI Coach](/ai-coach/ask-ai-coach). # Export Meetings to CSV Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/export-meetings Export the meetings on your Meetings page to a CSV file, with a column picker and large exports delivered by email. From the **Meetings** tab in AI Coach, export exactly the meetings you're looking at into a CSV file — with the columns you choose, matching whatever filters and search you already have applied. ## How to export Go to **AI Coach → Meetings** and set up the view you want — date range, scorecard, sales rep, deal, or search. Your export contains exactly the meetings this view shows, nothing more. Click **Export** in the toolbar, next to the date range and filters. Don't see the **Export** button? Exporting is limited to certain roles — see [Permissions](#permissions) below. In the **Export reports** dialog, check the columns you want in the file. Columns are grouped by type, with a **Select all** / **Clear all** toggle at the top. At least one column must stay selected. * **1,000 meetings or fewer** — the button reads something like **Download 42 reports**. Click it and the CSV downloads right away. * **More than 1,000 meetings** — the button reads something like **Email me 4,200 reports** instead. Click it and AI Coach builds the file in the background; you'll get an email with a download link in a few minutes. Meetings page toolbar with the Export button next to the date range and filters ## Choosing your columns Export reports dialog with grouped column checkboxes and a Select all toggle Columns are grouped into: * **Report** — Report ID, Report link, Meeting, Date, Scorecard, Source, Score, Duration (min) * **Sales rep** — Sales Rep, Sales Rep email * **CRM** — Deal, Deal URL, Contacts, Companies, Other CRM objects * **Roleplay** — Roleplay difficulty All columns are selected by default except **Other CRM objects** and **Roleplay difficulty**. Column selection isn't saved between exports — you'll pick again each time. ## Large exports (over 1,000 meetings) For big exports, AI Coach builds the file in the background and emails you a link instead of making you wait on the page. * The email arrives once the export is ready, with a **Download CSV** button. * The link is personal to you — you need to be signed in to Triple Session to use it. Sharing it with someone else won't work for them. * If the filtered export would contain more than 100,000 meetings, AI Coach won't generate it. You'll get an email explaining that instead of a download link — narrow your filters (for example, a shorter date range) and export again. Download links stay valid for a limited time after the export finishes. If a link stops working, just repeat the export to get a fresh one. ## What's in the file * Exports are plain CSV files, formatted to open cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. * An export only ever contains the meetings you can see. If a teammate's calls are private or outside your workspace access, they're left out — even for admins. * The **Date** column uses your own timezone, labeled in the column header (for example, "Date (America/New\_York)"). ## Permissions Exporting requires the **Export Reports** permission. By default this is available to **Admins** and **Managers**; admins can extend it to Members from **Settings → Permissions**. See [Roles & Permissions](/workspace/roles-and-permissions#company-permissions) for the full list of configurable permissions. ## FAQ No. An export always matches your **Meetings** page exactly — the same filters and the same visibility rules. It never includes private or restricted meetings, even for admins. Not currently — exports are CSV files, which open in Excel, Google Sheets, and most spreadsheet tools without any extra steps. Exports over 1,000 meetings are generated in the background and delivered by email instead of downloading immediately, so large exports don't hold up your browser. # Global Insights: Query Across All Your Meetings Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/insights Ask natural-language questions across your team's entire conversation history and surface data-backed patterns — with recurring reports and auto-updating trends. **Global Insights** lets you ask questions in plain language across all of your team's meetings and get data-backed answers drawn from your entire conversation history. Instead of listening to recordings one by one, you type a question and Insights surfaces the main patterns and the real calls and Moments that back them up. The Insights bar: ask about your meetings, switch between Insights and Search, apply filters, and schedule recurring runs ## What you can do * **Ask in plain language** — "What objections do we hear most often?" or "How are prospects comparing us with competitors?" No special syntax. * **Switch between Insights and Search** — *Insights* generates an analyzed answer with patterns and examples. *Search* finds specific moments across transcripts by keyword. * **Filter your question** — narrow to a date range, specific scorecards, team members, or workspaces. * **Schedule recurring runs** — turn any question into a weekly, monthly, or quarterly report (see [Recurring insights](#recurring-insights)). * **Browse Popular and Living insights** — see what your team is already asking and which trends are updating over time. * **Upvote and share** — upvote useful questions so they rise to the top, and share results with teammates. ## Access Global Insights is available to **Admins by default**. Admins can open it up to Managers and Members from **Settings → Organization → Permissions**, in the **AI & Integrations** section, by toggling **Global Insights** on for each role. ## How to use Insights From your Triple Session dashboard, open **AI Coach** and go to the **Insights** tab. Keep **Insights** mode selected, enter your question, and optionally apply filters for date range, scorecards, members, or workspaces. Switch to **Search** mode if you want to find specific moments by keyword instead. Insights analyzes your meetings and returns a main finding, related insights that expand on it, and links to the real calls and Moments behind each point. You also get an email when the answer is ready. Click any referenced meeting to jump to the exact part of the conversation that backs up the insight. ## Popular and Living insights The Insights page showing Popular questions, auto-updating Living insights, and questions grouped by topic * **Popular** — the questions your team has upvoted most. Upvote any question to surface the ones worth everyone's attention. * **Living insights** — recurring questions that update themselves on a schedule. Each run is compared to the last, so you can see what's new, rising, falling, or gone — a trend you can watch rather than a one-time answer. * **Topics** — questions are grouped into themes like Objection Handling, Pain Points & Needs, Competitive Intelligence, and Coaching & Training, so you can browse by area of interest. ## Recurring insights Write a question once and let it run on a schedule instead of re-asking it. * **Cadence** — weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Runs deliver at the end of the period (weekly on Fridays; monthly and quarterly on the last day). * **Delivery** — results are sent by email to the recipients you choose, and can post to a Slack channel automatically. * **Trend history** — each run builds on the last, so recurring questions become the Living insights you can track over time. To schedule a question, turn on **Run every week** (and pick the cadence) before you run it. To route results into Slack, see [Slack notifications](/automations/slack-notifications). ## Example questions to try * "What are the most common objections that come up?" * "How are prospects comparing us with competitors?" * "Which features are mentioned most in discovery calls?" * "What is the main feature request during onboarding?" * "How does \[Sales Rep] present \[Feature]?" * "What are the common themes in customer feedback?" ## Tips for better results * **Target the prospect or client voice** — to understand pain points, ask what prospects are saying, not what reps are saying. * **Hunt for patterns** — Insights works best at scale. Focus on things that happen in 10% or more of meetings to find trends that matter. * **Ask naturally** — phrase questions the way you'd ask a colleague. * **Use filters** — narrow to a scorecard, team, or time period for more focused answers. For free-form, back-and-forth questions across your whole company, try [Company AI Chat](/ai-coach/company-chat). For questions about a single call, use [Ask AI Coach](/ai-coach/ask-ai-coach). # Understanding AI Coach Moments Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/moments Moments are AI-extracted call clips highlighting key interactions like objections, competitor mentions, and value propositions — for faster coaching. A **Moment** is a short, automatically extracted clip from a sales call that highlights a key interaction. Triple Session's AI scans your recorded calls and segments the most relevant and impactful sections — such as objection handling, competitor mentions, and value proposition delivery — so you can review what matters without watching the full recording. AI Coach interface showing extracted Moments from a sales call ## What you can do with Moments Review critical parts of sales calls without listening to the entire conversation. Understand how reps handled specific scenarios like objection handling, value proposition delivery, and competitor comparisons. Pinpoint areas for improvement and highlight success stories. Use tags and filters to quickly locate Moments across your team's calls. Filter by tags such as "Objection Handling," "Value Proposition Delivery," or "Competitor Mention," as well as by team member, topic, or call. Use Moments in coaching sessions to show real examples of good practices and areas needing improvement. Compile key Moments from multiple calls to develop targeted training materials backed by real-world scenarios. Share Moments with your team to showcase success stories, align on sales strategies, or address recurring objections. Moments make it easy to spread learnings from top performers across the whole team. ## How Moments are generated Moments are created automatically by Triple Session's AI whenever a call is processed. The generation process works as follows: 1. **Call processing** — The video recording is uploaded to the system after a sales call is completed. 2. **AI analysis** — The AI scans the video for key sections based on your process, speech patterns, keywords (such as objection handling or competitor mentions), and contextual cues like shifts in tone or key decision points. 3. **Segmentation and tagging** — The AI extracts clips and assigns relevant tags, for example "Budget Constraints" or "Competitor Mention." 4. **Auto-organized** — Moments are stored and made searchable, ready for review, coaching, and sharing. Moments generation workflow diagram ## Where to find Moments Moments are available in two places inside AI Coach. **For all team Moments:** Open **AI Coach** and click the **Moments** tab. Use the search bar or filters to find specific Moments by tags, team members, or topics. Click on any Moment to watch the video clip, read its description, and see related information. **For Moments from a specific call:** Open any call report and click the **Video** tab. This gives you access to the full call recording alongside all Moments generated from that call. Video tab in a call report showing Moments alongside the recording ## Prerequisites Moments are generated from recorded video calls. To ensure Moments are created for your conversations, import calls using one of the following methods: * **Integrations** — Sync calls from Zoom or Google Meet directly into AI Coach, or use the AI Coach Bot. * **Manual uploads** — Upload recorded video files directly into the system. Moments are only generated from video call recordings. Text-only transcript uploads do not produce Moments. # Review Sales Calls with AI Coach Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/reviewing-calls Use Triple Session's AI Coach to get automated performance analysis, scorecard breakdowns, and personalized coaching plans for every sales call. AI Coach analyzes your sales calls — transcript, audio, or video — against a scorecard and returns a full performance report with a quantitative score, a detailed breakdown of each criterion, and a personalized coaching plan. Each review consumes one credit from your account. ## How to review a call Open **AI Coach** and click the **Review meeting** button to start a new review. Each meeting you review consumes **1 credit** from your account. If you prefer not to upload files manually, connect an integration instead — AI Coach supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Fireflies, Aircall, and Quo. Complete the review form: * **File** — Upload a **transcript** (`.txt`, `.vtt`, `.srt`), **audio** (`.wav`, `.mp3`), or **video** (`.mp4`) file. If you have an integration connected, you can import the call directly instead of uploading a file. * **Meeting title** — Optional. Leave it blank and AI Coach generates a title for you. * **Sales Rep** — Select the sales rep who made the call. To add a new rep, start typing their name and click the **Create** button that appears. (This field appears once your workspace has members.) * **Scorecard** — Select the scorecard the AI will use to evaluate the meeting. See [Scorecards](/ai-coach/scorecards) to learn which options are available. Learn how to download transcripts from [Zoom](/integrations/zoom) and [Fireflies](/integrations/fireflies). Click **Start review**. AI Coach processes the call and generates your report in approximately 2–5 minutes, depending on length. You can leave the page while the analysis runs in the background. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready. Once processing is complete, your full performance report is available in **AI Coach**. The report opens on the **Playbook** view, with the rest of the call's details organized into tabs alongside it. ## Understanding your report ### Playbook score and summary A quantitative **Playbook** score and a short summary of where the rep did well and where there's room to improve. ### Scorecard breakdown Each scorecard criterion is rated individually, with examples pulled directly from the call so you can see what drove each result. ### Coaching plan AI Coach picks the single most important area to focus on and builds a coaching plan around it, with **Sessions for you** (recommended video sessions) and a **Talk-Time Ratio** showing how much the rep spoke versus listened. ### Tabs alongside the report The side panel keeps the rest of the call one click away: * **Deal Insights** — key signals about the deal. * **Call Summary** — a concise recap. * **Email** — a ready-to-edit follow-up draft. * **Transcript** — the full transcript; **download** or **copy** it. * **Notes** — coaching notes for the rep. For audio and video uploads, a **recording** tab adds an in-app player with **Moments** — highlights and chapters you can jump to. See [Moments](/ai-coach/moments). ## Sharing a report Use **Share** to set who can access a report — **anyone with the link**, **people in your company**, or **private to only me**. You can also invite people by email or copy the link. ## Ask AI Coach about a call Use **Ask AI Coach** to ask questions about a specific meeting and get answers drawn from the call. See [Ask AI Coach](/ai-coach/ask-ai-coach). ## File formats and integrations AI Coach accepts **transcript** files (`.txt`, `.vtt`, `.srt`), **audio** files (`.wav`, `.mp3`), and **video** files (`.mp4`). Alternatively, connect a supported call recording tool so AI Coach can import recordings automatically: * Zoom * Google Meet * Microsoft Teams * HubSpot * Fireflies * Aircall * Quo If you use a calling tool that is not listed, contact [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com) and the team will build the integration for you. # AI Coach Scorecards Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/ai-coach/scorecards Scorecards power AI Coach's evaluation of every call. Learn how built-in and custom scorecards work, and how Smart Scorecards route the right scorecard to each meeting automatically. Scorecards are the evaluation frameworks AI Coach uses to assess rep performance on every call. Each scorecard is built from consolidated playbooks and methodologies, defining the specific criteria the AI measures during a review. When you start a manual review or let [Automated Reviews](/ai-coach/automated-reviews) run, the scorecard that gets applied determines what is analyzed and how the report is structured. ## Where to find scorecards Go to **Settings** > **Team** > **Scorecards** to see every scorecard available to you in one list, across all your workspaces. Settings sidebar with Scorecards highlighted under the Team section Search, group by tag or language, and switch between the **Custom** and **Template** tabs to find a scorecard. Click the info icon on any row to preview its contents. Scorecards page showing the Auto-apply column, scorecards grouped by tag, and Assign and Edit row actions Each row has up to three controls: * **Auto-apply** — turn this scorecard on for your own reviews. It only affects your calls. * **Assign** — give the scorecard to other people in a workspace you manage. See [Assigning a scorecard to your team](#assigning-a-scorecard-to-your-team). * **Edit** — change the scorecard's criteria, insights, description, hints, or tags. Template scorecards can't be edited. If you don't see **Edit** on your custom scorecards, ask a company admin — see [Company Permissions](/workspace/roles-and-permissions#company-permissions). ### Assigning a scorecard to your team Click **Assign** on a scorecard row to give it to other people. Pick the workspace, choose who gets it — **Everyone**, **Only Members**, **Only Managers**, or **Specific people** — and save. The scorecard is added to whatever each person already has. Switch to **Override existing** to replace their current scorecards with this one instead. To assign several scorecards at once, use **Assign scorecards** on the [People](/workspace/manage-members#assign-scorecards-to-your-team) page instead. ## What's inside a scorecard Every scorecard has three parts that work together: The questions AI Coach scores the call against, grouped into sections like Opening, Agenda, and Situation. Structured information AI Coach extracts from the conversation — pain points, next steps, competitors, and more. The signals that tell AI Coach when this scorecard should be applied to a call. You can preview these in the scorecard template viewer. The **Scorecard** tab lists every criterion AI Coach evaluates: Discovery using SPICED scorecard criteria, grouped into Opening, Agenda, and Situation sections The **Insights** tab shows what AI Coach pulls out of each matching call: Insights for the Discovery using SPICED scorecard — Impact, Situation, Next Steps, Competitors, and more ## How criteria are scored Each criterion is a question AI Coach answers about the call. Every criterion defines what counts as **Met**, **Partially met**, and **Not met**, so the evaluation is consistent from call to call. For example, for *"Was the agenda and objectives for the call agreed upon by both parties?"*: > **Met:** The rep set a clear agenda and the prospect explicitly aligned on the goals for the call. **Partially met:** An agenda was mentioned, but in a superficial way or without confirming the prospect agreed. **Not met:** No agenda or objectives were established at the start of the call. ### Weight Every criterion carries a **weight** that controls how much it moves the overall score: | Weight | Meaning | | -------------- | -------------------------------------------- | | **Critical** | Must do. Affects the score significantly. | | **Important** | Should do. Affects the score moderately. | | **Encouraged** | Nice to do. Has a minor effect on the score. | Use weights to reflect what matters most for a given call type — a critical step a rep must never miss versus a nice-to-have that only slightly nudges the score. ### Skippable criteria A criterion can be marked with a **skippable condition** — a rule that tells AI Coach when the question simply doesn't apply. When the condition is true for a call, the criterion is skipped and left out of the score instead of being marked Not met. > **Skippable Condition:** Skip if no objections were raised during this conversation. This keeps scores fair: a rep isn't penalized for not handling objections on a call where none came up. ## Built-in scorecards Triple Session provides a set of ready-to-use scorecards covering the most common call types: Evaluates performance on outbound cold calling, covering how reps introduce themselves, handle early objections, and secure next steps. Assesses how thoroughly reps uncover prospect pain points, goals, and decision-making criteria during discovery conversations. Measures how effectively reps present the product, tie features to prospect needs, and advance the opportunity during demonstrations. A discovery scorecard structured around the MEDDICC qualification framework — Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition. A discovery scorecard built on the SPICED methodology — Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, and Decision. ## Scorecard details and language Open a scorecard and go to the **Details** tab to set its name, language, and tags. Scorecard Details tab showing Scorecard Name, Scorecard language, and Tags * **Scorecard Name** — How the scorecard appears in lists and reviews. * **Scorecard language** — The language used for scorecard prompts, criteria, and generated evaluation text. Set this to the language you want the criteria breakdown and scores written in. * **Tags** — Comma-separated labels used for quick search, grouping, and filtering in the scorecard list. ### Insights language Insights have their own language setting, found on the **Insights** tab. **Insights language** controls the language used for generated insight titles and prompts — independent of the scorecard language. A team can score calls in English while producing insights in Portuguese, for example. Insights tab showing the insights language selector above the insight list Scorecard language and insights language are set per scorecard. Changes apply to new meetings reviewed with that scorecard. ## Smart Scorecards When you use [Automated Reviews](/ai-coach/automated-reviews), AI Coach selects the most appropriate scorecard for each meeting automatically. This is what makes a scorecard a **Smart Scorecard**. Before reviewing a meeting, AI Coach matches the call against your eligible scorecards and picks the best fit — no manual selection needed. Two things drive the match: 1. **The description** — a plain-language explanation of when to use the scorecard. 2. **Smart selection hints** — optional structured signals that sharpen matching when the description alone is not enough. Per-call context like the meeting provider, attendees, and duration is detected automatically, so you only need to describe what the matcher can't infer on its own. ### Choosing which scorecards apply Only the scorecards you've turned on are eligible for Smart Scorecard selection on your calls. To control which ones AI Coach can pick: Go to **Settings** > **Team** > **Scorecards**. Search for it, or use the **Custom** and **Template** tabs and the group-by control to narrow the list. Switch **Auto-apply** ON or OFF to include or exclude that scorecard from your Automated Reviews. ## Writing the description Open a scorecard and find the **When to use this scorecard** section. Triple Session reads the **Description** to route the right calls to this scorecard — the clearer it is, the better the match. When to use this scorecard section, with a Description field and a Get AI Feedback button A strong description mentions the call type, who is on the call, and what a good call looks like. The most reliable descriptions cover three things: * **Call type and stage** — for example, "initial discovery videocalls before any solution is presented." * **Qualifiers** — minimum or maximum duration, participants, prospect vs. customer status, language. * **Exclusions** — what calls do *not* fit, such as demos, cold calls, follow-ups, or internal meetings. ### Get AI Feedback Click **Get AI Feedback** to have Triple Session review your description and hints. It checks whether the description clearly defines the call type, includes essential qualifiers, and states what's excluded — then flags gaps and offers fixes you can apply in one click. Get AI Feedback button highlighted on the When to use this scorecard panel Each suggestion is tied to a specific field. For example, if the description says calls run at least 15 minutes but **Minimum call duration** is empty, the feedback proposes setting it to 15 minutes. Click **Apply** on any suggested edit to accept it. AI feedback panel listing suggested edits for Minimum call duration, Participant type, and Required signals, each with an Apply button ## Smart selection hints Smart selection hints are optional structured signals that sharpen matching when the description alone is not enough. Fill in as many or as few as you need — every hint you add gives the matcher one more way to confirm (or rule out) a call. Smart selection hints fields — Call stage, Participant type, Minimum call duration, Required signals, Example phrases, Disallowed scenarios, and Often confused with The stages these calls usually happen in. Select any that apply from Discovery, Qualification, Demo, Proposal, Negotiation, Closing, and Follow-up, or add your own. Who joins from the customer side on these calls — Prospect, Decision maker, Champion, Customer, Internal team, Buyer, or a custom value. Select any that apply. Calls shorter than this won't be matched to this scorecard. Use it to keep brief or accidental calls from being scored against a scorecard meant for longer conversations. What has to actually happen on the call for this scorecard to fit. Write it in plain words, the way you'd brief a teammate — for example, "The call explicitly discusses the prospect's business goals, pain points, current process or tools, and desired outcomes as part of an initial diagnostic discovery conversation before any solution is presented." Things people actually say on these calls that point to this scorecard. Short quotes work best — "What process does your team run?" or "What are your top business goals this quarter?" Situations where this scorecard should never be used. Triple Session skips the scorecard automatically when a call matches one — for example, cold calls, onboarding sessions, internal meetings, trial setup, or product walkthroughs. Pick scorecards that cover similar calls. Triple Session works harder to tell them apart from this one — useful when a Discovery and a Demo scorecard, for example, keep matching the same calls. Start with a clear description, run **Get AI Feedback**, then add hints only where the feedback shows the matcher is uncertain. You rarely need every field filled in. ## Custom scorecards If your team follows a proprietary playbook, Triple Session can build a custom scorecard tailored to your process. To request a custom scorecard, send a message to [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com) and describe your playbook. The team will build it for you. All API requests must include your API key in the `Authorization` header as a Bearer token. ```http theme={null} Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY ``` ## Get your API key Your API key and workspace ID are both available in **Settings → API**. In the Triple Session app, go to **Settings** and select **API** from the left sidebar. Your workspace ID (a UUID) appears at the top. You'll need it in every request URL. Your API key starts with `wk_`. Click **Copy** to copy it to your clipboard. Keep your API key secret. If it is compromised, click **Regenerate API Key** to invalidate the old one and generate a new one. ## Making a request Every request combines your workspace ID in the URL and your API key in the header: ```bash theme={null} curl -X GET "https://app.triplesession.com/api/public/ai-coach/workspaces/YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID/reports?page=1&limit=10" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" ``` Replace `YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID` with the UUID from Settings and `YOUR_API_KEY` with your key. ## Errors and limits The API returns standard HTTP status codes: | Code | Meaning | | ----- | --------------------------------------------- | | `200` | Request succeeded | | `401` | Missing or invalid API key | | `403` | API key does not have access to this resource | | `404` | Resource not found | | `429` | Rate limit exceeded — slow down and retry | | `500` | Server error — retry with exponential backoff | If you receive a `401`, verify that your `Authorization` header is formatted correctly and that the API key has not been regenerated since you last copied it. # Build Deal Insight Automations in Triple Session Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/automations/deal-insights-automations Create automations triggered by deal insights from AI Coach to automatically notify teams, update CRM fields, or trigger workflows based on call analysis. Standard automations trigger whenever a meeting ends. Deal Insight automations go further: they fire only when the actual content of a conversation matches specific criteria you define. By filtering on the insights that AI Coach extracts from each call — such as competitors mentioned, pain points raised, or features requested — you can build precise workflows that respond to what was actually said, not just the fact that a call happened. ## Common use cases Automatically update a CRM field when a specific competitor is mentioned during a call. For example, set a "Competitors Mentioned" property in HubSpot whenever Acme or any other named competitor appears in the deal insights. Increase a lead's priority score in your CRM when the prospect mentions a must-have feature or a specific budget range. Because the filter only fires when those signals appear, your scoring stays accurate and is not inflated by routine calls. Send a Slack notification to your product team channel whenever a specific feature request is detected in a discovery or demo call. This gives the product team real-time signal directly from the sales conversation. Trigger an internal alert or a follow-up email sequence in your CRM when a common sales objection is raised. This allows managers or enablement teams to respond quickly and support the rep before the deal stalls. ## Setup Go to the **Automations** section in Triple Session and click **New Automation** to open the workflow editor. Creating a new automation in the workflow editor Set the **Trigger** to **Meeting Finished**. In the trigger settings: * **Select your scorecard** — choose the scorecard you want to pull insights from (for example, *Discovery*). * **Apply standard filters** — optionally filter by meeting duration, score, or other meeting-level criteria. Open the **Advanced Filters** section and select the **Deal Insights** tab. Configure the following: * **Match When** — choose **AND** if all filters must match, or **OR** if any single filter is enough to trigger the automation. * **Deal Insight** — select the specific insight to track (for example, *Competitors*). * **Operator** — choose **Contains**, **Does not contain**, or another operator to define how the value is matched. * **Values** — enter the keywords or values you are looking for (for example, *Acme*, *John Deere*). You can add multiple insight filters to build more targeted conditions. Configuring deal insight filters with AND/OR logic and keyword matching Using the **Contains** operator ensures your CRM is only updated when relevant information is actually discussed. This keeps your pipeline data clean and prevents empty fields from accumulating on every call. Choose what happens when the filter conditions are met: * **Update CRM** — map the insight directly to a field in HubSpot or Salesforce. * **Send to Slack** — send a real-time alert to a specific Slack channel. * **Send Webhook** — route the data to Zapier or any other app for a custom downstream workflow. Selecting an action for the deal insight automation Click **Save Workflow**, then click **Live** to activate the automation. It will start running immediately for any new calls that meet your conditions. Need help setting up a specific workflow? Contact the Triple Session support team at [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com). # Getting Started with Triple Session Automations Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/automations/getting-started Use Triple Session Automations to connect AI Coach intelligence with external tools using a simple Trigger → Filter → Action workflow model. Automations allows you to connect Triple Session with other tools, enabling your team to send and receive data anywhere. Because AI Coach produces unique intelligence and insights about your sales conversations, Automations gives you a way to put that data to work in the tools your team already uses — from CRMs and spreadsheets to Slack and custom webhooks. **Automations is currently in closed beta.** If you're interested in testing it, reach out to your CSM or email [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com). ## How automations work Every automation follows the same **Trigger → Filter → Action** model: 1. **Trigger** — An event occurs that starts the automation (for example, a meeting finishes). 2. **Filter** — Conditions are checked to determine whether the automation should run (for example, score above 70 or meeting duration over 30 minutes). 3. **Action** — One or more actions execute in sequence (for example, send a Slack message or update a CRM field). Trigger → Filter → Action automation workflow This three-step structure keeps automations predictable and easy to audit. You define exactly when a workflow fires and what it does, so there are no surprises. ## When to use automations vs. manual exports Use **automations** when you want data to flow without any manual intervention — for example, posting a Slack summary to a channel after every reviewed call, or writing deal insights into HubSpot the moment a call ends. Use **manual exports** (such as the Update CRM button on a recording) when you want to review the data before it is sent, or when you only need to push information on a case-by-case basis. ## Available recipes The following guides walk you through the most common automation workflows: Push call summaries, insights, and coaching alerts to a Slack channel as soon as a meeting is reviewed. Export AI Coach data to Power BI, Google Sheets, Tableau, or any other app using a webhook and Zapier. Send transcripts or recordings from any external system to Triple Session via a webhook for automatic AI Coach review. Automatically write scorecard results and deal insights into HubSpot or Salesforce fields when a call ends. Add meeting notes to an open HubSpot ticket and fill ticket properties automatically after a call ends. Trigger workflows based on specific keywords, competitors, or insights detected in a conversation. # Send Meeting Notes and Update Properties on HubSpot Tickets Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/automations/hubspot-tickets Use Automations to add AI Coach meeting notes to an open HubSpot ticket and to fill ticket properties automatically after a call ends. If your CS or Support team works out of HubSpot tickets, Automations can write to the ticket that a call was actually about. There are two ways to do it, and both can run in the same automation: * **Send notes to ticket** — adds the meeting notes AI Coach already generates as a note on an open ticket. * **Update CRM with Ticket as the object type** — fills ticket properties from scorecard results and deal insights, using the same field mapping you already use for deals and contacts. Both find the right ticket the same way, so once you have configured one you know how to configure the other. ## Requirements * Your account must have access to [Automations](/automations/getting-started). * HubSpot must be connected with **Tickets** access granted. See [Connect HubSpot](/crm/connect-hubspot). * Tickets are available on **Meeting Finished** automations. Tickets are supported for HubSpot only. Salesforce Cases are not supported. If Tickets are unavailable, the options stay visible in the builder with the reason: * **Connect HubSpot to use Ticket automations** — no HubSpot connection on the workspace. * **Reconnect HubSpot and grant Tickets access** — HubSpot is connected, but it was authorized without access to tickets. Reconnect it from **Settings > CRM** and approve tickets. ## How the right ticket is chosen A customer can have several tickets, and more than one may be open at the same time. Two settings, shown on both ticket actions, decide which one gets written to. ### Ticket resolution path This tells Triple Session where to start looking. Triple Session takes the CRM records already matched to the call, then follows their ticket associations in HubSpot. | Option | What it looks at | | --------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **All standard objects → Ticket** | Tickets associated with any company, contact, or deal matched to the call | | **Contact → Ticket** | Tickets associated with the matched contacts only | | **Company → Ticket** | Tickets associated with the matched companies only | | **Deal → Ticket** | Tickets associated with the matched deals only | Pick the narrowest path that reliably reaches your tickets. If every ticket in your portal is associated with a contact, **Contact → Ticket** is the most predictable choice. Use **All standard objects → Ticket** when tickets are attached inconsistently. Only **open** tickets are considered. Closed tickets are never written to, and Triple Session never creates a ticket — if nothing open is found, the action is skipped. ### When several open tickets match Choosing between Most recently updated and Best match with AI when several open tickets match * **Most recently updated** — picks the open ticket that was updated most recently. Always writes when there is at least one open ticket. Start here. * **Best match with AI** — compares the conversation against the open tickets and picks the one it is about. If the call does not clearly point to a single ticket, the action is skipped rather than guessing. If only one open ticket is found, it is used regardless of which option you choose. ## Send meeting notes to a ticket Go to **Settings > Automations**, open or create a **Meeting Finished** automation, then click **Add Action** and choose **Send notes to ticket**. Optionally give the action a name — for example, *Send meeting notes to support ticket* — to identify it in the workflow. Set the **Ticket resolution path** and **When several open tickets match**, as described above. Configuring the Send notes to ticket action with resolution path, selection mode, and notes format Pick what the note contains: * **Summary** — the meeting summary. * **Deal Insights** — the insights extracted from the conversation. * **Summary + Deal Insights** — both. This is the same content produced by the note push in **Settings > AI Coach > CRM**, but this action is configured on its own. It runs even if automatic note push is turned off, and it does not change those settings. Click **Save**, then set the automation status to **Live**. ## Update ticket properties In your **Meeting Finished** automation, click **Add Action** and choose **Update CRM**. Choose the scorecard whose results should fill the ticket, then set **Object Type** to **Ticket**. The ticket settings appear below it: set the **Ticket resolution path** and **When several open tickets match**. Selecting Ticket as the object type in Update CRM and mapping fields to ticket properties Map report properties and scorecard deal insights to HubSpot ticket properties, exactly as you would for a deal or contact. For text properties you can choose **Append** or **Replace**. Click **Get mapping recommendations** to have Triple Session suggest matching ticket properties. The ticket's **pipeline** and **stage** are not available for mapping. Automations fill ticket properties only — they never close, reopen, or move a ticket. Click **Save**, then set the automation status to **Live**. For more detail on field mapping, see [Auto-update CRM fields](/crm/auto-update-fields). ## Using both actions together You can add **Send notes to ticket** and **Update CRM → Ticket** to the same automation. When both use the same resolution path and the same selection option, they write to the same ticket in that run, so the note and the property updates always land together. If you deliberately configure them differently — for example, notes onto a contact's ticket and properties onto a deal's ticket — each finds its own ticket independently. ## Reading the results Open **Logs** on the automation to see what each run did. Ticket actions report which ticket was written to, or why they were skipped: | Result | What it means | | ----------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **No matching source object found** | The call was not matched to any company, contact, or deal on the configured path. | | **No sufficiently relevant ticket found** | **Best match with AI** did not find a ticket the conversation was clearly about. | | **Selected ticket is no longer open** | The ticket was closed between being selected and being written to. Nothing was written. | Skips are normal and expected — they mean no ticket was a safe match, so nothing was changed in HubSpot. After a successful write, the call is linked to the ticket in Triple Session, alongside its existing contact, company, and deal associations. ## Best practices * **Start with Most recently updated.** It always writes when an open ticket exists, which makes it easy to confirm the automation is working before you switch to AI selection. * **Use the narrowest resolution path that works.** Fewer candidate tickets means fewer ambiguous matches. * **Check the logs after the first few calls.** Repeated skips usually mean the resolution path doesn't reach your tickets, or the calls aren't being matched to CRM records. Contact the Triple Session support team at [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com). # Send Call Insights to Power BI, Sheets, and More Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/automations/send-to-other-apps Use Triple Session Automations to push AI Coach data to Power BI, Google Sheets, Tableau, or any other app via webhook or integration. Automations can send deal insights data to virtually any external application. By combining a **Send Webhook** action with an automation platform such as Zapier or N8N — or by handling the data internally — you can route AI Coach output into Power BI dashboards, Google Sheets, Tableau reports, or any other tool your team relies on. ## Requirements * Your account must have access to [Automations](/automations/getting-started). * A Zapier account (or another automation platform such as N8N), or a custom endpoint to receive the webhook. Zapier is used in the example below, but any platform that can receive webhooks will work. ## Example use case *"We want to store specific data extracted from calls in a spreadsheet when the call ends."* For this example, the automation uses: * **Meeting Finished** as the trigger * **Send Webhook** as the action * **Zapier** to route the data to Google Sheets ## Setup Go to **Settings > Automations** and click **New Automation**. Set the **Trigger** to **Meeting Finished** and the **Action** to **Send Webhook**. Creating a new automation with Meeting Finished trigger and Send Webhook action In the **Action** settings, paste the webhook URL from Zapier (or your chosen platform) into the **Webhook** field. Select the data fields you want to include in the payload. Configuring the webhook URL and selecting data fields In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose **Webhooks by Zapier** as the trigger. Zapier will give you a unique webhook URL to paste here. In your Zapier Zap, add an action step and connect it to the app you want to send data to — for example, **Google Sheets**. Map the fields from the incoming webhook payload to the columns in your spreadsheet. Connecting the webhook to Google Sheets in Zapier Back in Triple Session, click **Save Workflow**, then click **Live** to activate the automation. Saving and activating the automation ## Supported destinations Because the **Send Webhook** action sends a standard HTTP POST with a JSON payload, you can connect it to any app that accepts incoming webhooks. Common destinations include: * Google Sheets (via Zapier or N8N) * Microsoft Power BI (via a streaming dataset or Azure Function) * Tableau (via a connected data source) * Any internal system or custom endpoint You are not limited to Zapier. You can use N8N, Make (formerly Integromat), or write your own endpoint to receive and process the webhook payload. # Send Call Notifications to Slack from Triple Session Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/automations/slack-notifications Set up a Triple Session automation to push call summaries, insights, and coaching alerts directly to your Slack channels after meetings end. The easiest way to notify your team about reviewed calls is through Automations. Once you set up the workflow, Triple Session automatically posts a message to a Slack channel as soon as a meeting is processed — no manual steps required. ## Requirements * Your account must have access to [Automations](/automations/getting-started). * You must be an admin in your Triple Session workspace. ## Example use case *"When a sales rep finishes a discovery call with a score above 70, notify the sales managers in #sales with the deal insights."* ## Setup Go to **Settings > Integrations** and click **Connect** next to Slack. Follow the OAuth flow to authorize the integration. Slack integration settings page Connecting Slack to Triple Session In Slack, open the channel where you want to receive notifications and invite the AI Coach app. This step is required — without it, the app cannot post messages to the channel. Inviting the AI Coach app to a Slack channel If you skip this step, the automation will be saved but notifications will not appear in the channel. Go to **Settings > Automations** and click **New Automation**. Creating a new automation In the automation editor: * Set the **Trigger** to **Meeting Finished**. * Set the **Action** to **Send to Slack**. * Enter the name of the Slack channel you want to post to. You can also add **Filters** to narrow when the automation fires — for example, only for meetings with a score above a certain threshold or for a specific scorecard. Configuring the Meeting Finished trigger and Slack action Click **Save Workflow**, then click **Live** to activate the automation. Setting the automation to Live You can pause the automation at any time by switching it back to **Draft**. ## What happens next Once the automation is live, every new meeting that meets your filter criteria will trigger a Slack notification as soon as the AI Coach finishes processing it. The message appears in the channel you specified and includes the deal insights from the review. Example Slack notification with deal insights # Transfer Calls Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2025-11-13-transfer-calls Managers and members can now transfer a call report to a different rep — changing both the owner and the evaluatee when the wrong person was credited.
November 13, 2025New
When the AI Coach bot joins from a manager's account, or a rep forwards a recording, the call sometimes gets attributed to the wrong person. Fixing this used to require contacting support. When changing the scorecard on a call, managers can now also **change the call owner and evaluatee** in the same action. * Transfer the report to the rep who actually did the call * Correct the evaluatee if the wrong profile was assigned * Works for any call — bot recordings, uploaded files, and third-party imports ## Who can use it * **Managers** — can transfer any call in their workspace * **Members** — can transfer calls in workspaces where members can see other members (open workspaces) Members in restricted workspaces should ask their manager to transfer on their behalf. # Advanced Permissions & CRM Field Explorer Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2025-12-08-advanced-permissions Admins can now enforce company-wide permissions on deleting reports, changing scorecards, and editing scorecards. Plus a new tool to explore CRM fields directly from the scorecard builder.
December 8, 2025New
More admin control over what users can do in the platform, and over how scorecards map to the CRM. ## Advanced Permissions Admins can now enforce permissions across the company. The first batch of configurable permissions: | Permission | Default roles | | -------------------------- | ---------------------- | | Delete reports | Admin, Manager, Member | | Change scorecard on a call | Admin, Manager, Member | | Edit scorecards | Admin only | Each permission can be restricted to `Admin`, `Manager`, or `Member` level — or locked to Admin only. Changes apply company-wide. ## CRM Field Explorer A new **Explore CRM Fields** button in the scorecard builder lets you browse your connected CRM's available fields and options without leaving Triple Session. Particularly useful for: * Seeing available options for dropdown fields before writing a deal insight prompt * Confirming which fields exist and what values they accept * Copying field options directly into your scorecard configuration Available in the Deal Insights section of the scorecard builder and in the Automations mapping screen. ## AI CRM Mapping Recommendations The scorecard CRM mapping screen now generates mapping recommendations. Triple Session reads your deal insight fields, compares them to your available CRM properties, and suggests mappings you can accept with one click. # Scheduled Insights Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2025-12-18-scheduled-insights Set up questions that run automatically every week, month, or quarter — with results delivered by email and Slack, and trends that get richer over time.
December 18, 2025New
Global Insights answers questions about your calls, but someone has to remember to ask. Scheduled Insights removes that step. Write a question once. Set a schedule — weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Triple Session runs it and delivers the results. * **Email delivery** — choose which team members receive the insight when it's ready * **Slack notifications** — send results to any Slack channel automatically * **Trend history** — each scheduled insight builds a history over time, so you can compare runs and spot changes Recurring questions like "What objections came up most this month?" or "Where is the team struggling on Discovery calls?" turn into automatic reports. Results show up in your Insights page under a dedicated Scheduled tab, separate from manually triggered insights. # Training Focus & New Dashboard Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-01-11-training-focus-dashboard Managers and reps can now set a Training Focus based on scorecard performance. Plus a new dashboard with recent meetings, workspace shortcuts, and coaching notes.
January 11, 2026New
A new dashboard for both managers and reps, plus a dedicated Training Focus feature. ## Training Focus Managers and reps can now define a **Training Focus** — a specific scorecard section to improve over time. Once set: * The dashboard tracks week-over-week progress on that section * The AI Coach surfaces relevant recommendations linked to the focus area * Managers can see each rep's Training Focus on their profile ## New Dashboard The dashboard has been redesigned with coaching front and center: * **Recent meetings** — the last few calls, visible at a glance * **Workspace shortcuts** — quick access to your most-used workspaces * **Team member list** — for managers, a view of each rep's recent activity * **Coaching notes widget** — notes from managers appear directly on the dashboard for both managers and reps ## Coaching Notes Notes are now available to everyone in the platform with a dedicated notes page. Reps can view feedback from their manager, and managers can track which notes have been acknowledged. Notes can be marked as completed — useful for action items and follow-ups. ## Default Pipeline Admins can now set a default Pipeline for a workspace. This removes the need for reps to select a pipeline every time they open the Deals view. # Automations Upgrade Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-01-13-automations-upgrade Filter automations by deal insight values, test automations against real past calls, and skip pre-filled CRM fields on autofill automations.
January 13, 2026Improvement
Three changes to how automations work. ## Filter by deal insight values Automations can now be conditioned on deal insight values, not just scorecard scores. For example: * Send a Slack alert only when deal size is above X * Post to a channel when competitor mentions are detected * Trigger a CRM update only when the call outcome is "Interested" Any deal insight field defined in your scorecard can be used as a filter condition. ## Test automations against real calls A new **Test automation** button lets you pick any past call and run the automation against it in real time. Logs appear as it runs so you can verify exactly what would happen — before enabling the automation for live calls. ## Ignore pre-filled CRM fields When using the Autofill CRM automation, you can now set individual fields to **Ignore if already filled**. This prevents Triple Session from overwriting values that were set by another tool — useful when other systems manage fields like deal amount, stage, or owner. # Company Context & Email Templates Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-02-10-company-context Admins can now define company-wide context — product info, competitors, dictionary — that the AI uses across all chats. Plus company-level email templates for reps.
February 10, 2026New
## Company Context Admins can now define context that the AI uses across every chat and analysis in the workspace: * **Company Overview** — what you do, who you sell to, your value proposition * **Products & Services** — descriptions of each product or plan you offer * **Competitors** — how you compare to common alternatives * **Dictionary** — custom terminology and acronyms used by your team This context feeds into Ask AI Coach (in calls, deals, and global chat), into summaries and deal insights, and into transcription accuracy via the Custom Vocabulary field. ## Company Email Templates Admins and managers can now create email templates that are available to all reps in the workspace. Reps see these templates when composing follow-up emails after calls — no more copying from shared docs. Templates can be scoped to specific teams or scorecards in future updates. # Sales Rep Dashboard Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-03-10-sales-rep-dashboard A new home page designed around the rep's coaching journey — with AI chat, conversation history, Training Focus progress, and personalized course recommendations.
March 10, 2026New
Most sales coaching tools are built for managers — reps just get a score and a list of things they did wrong. The new **Sales Rep Dashboard** is built around the rep. **AI Coach chat, front and center** The dashboard opens with AI Coach chat. Reps can ask questions about their calls, get feedback on a specific moment, or request a coaching plan — all from their home page. **5x faster chat** All chats (Deal Chat, Rep Coach, Company Chat) now run on a new model with faster response times and better tool calling. Conversation history persists across sessions. **Training Focus, week over week** If a rep has a Training Focus set, the dashboard shows progress week over week instead of a static number. **Recommended courses and sessions** Personalized course and session recommendations from the Triple Session Academy, based on the rep's actual performance gaps, with direct links. **Growth Opportunities sidebar** A sidebar widget surfaces other areas to practice, based on patterns in the rep's recent calls. # Upgraded Analytics Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-04-09-upgraded-analytics A rebuilt analytics experience with Team Performance Map, per-scorecard section breakdowns, and auto-generated Scorecard Insights.
April 9, 2026Improvement
Analytics has been rebuilt around what to do next, not just what already happened. **Performance Overview by Scorecard Type** The Performance Overview chart now shows volume per scorecard type — so you can see not just how teams are scoring, but what kinds of conversations they're having. Click any day or week to drill down into a detailed list of scorecards and their metrics. **Team Performance Map** A new Team tab shows a two-axis performance map: volume (x-axis) versus score (y-axis). At a glance, managers can see where each rep sits — and identify who needs coaching vs. who can serve as a benchmark. **Scorecard Section Breakdowns** When viewing a specific scorecard, you now see each section and its criteria with week-over-week trends. Spotting which section is dragging down a rep's score — or which rep is strongest in a given area — is now a single view. **Scorecard Insights** Each scorecard now generates automatic insights based on patterns across all calls scored with it. No prompt required — it runs in the background. # HubSpot OAuth & App Cards Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-04-14-hubspot-oauth A new OAuth-based HubSpot connection, native App Cards in HubSpot records, and self-service Aircall call filters.
April 14, 2026New
A new OAuth connection for HubSpot, native cards inside HubSpot records, and self-service Aircall call filters. ## New HubSpot connection (OAuth) The legacy token-based HubSpot connection is being replaced with **OAuth** — the same standard used by our Salesforce integration. An admin clicks to connect, approves in HubSpot, and returns to Triple Session. No more copying and pasting tokens. Benefits of the new connection: * Supports HubSpot App Cards (see below) * Removes rate limiting * Unlocks newer HubSpot API features * Enables automatic task creation (see below) ## HubSpot App Cards Once connected via OAuth, Triple Session surfaces directly inside HubSpot: * **Deal, Company, and Contact pages** — see call scores, deal insights, and a direct link to the Triple Session report without leaving HubSpot * **Ask AI Coach button** — opens the AI Coach chat pre-loaded with context from that call or deal * **Playbook score** — shows the rep's score for the associated call at a glance ## HubSpot Meeting control Admins now control how Triple Session creates HubSpot Meeting records. Three options: * **Always create** — create a HubSpot Meeting for every pushed report * **Update if exists, else create** — update a matching meeting by URL; create one if no match found *(previous default)* * **Update only, never create** — update a matching meeting if one exists; skip entirely if not Triple Session also now **infers the meeting outcome automatically**: `Completed`, `No-show`, or `Rescheduled` — based on what was said on the call. ## HubSpot Tasks Triple Session can now automatically create tasks in HubSpot and assign them to the sales rep who did the call. The AI picks the task date and priority based on the call context. This is opt-in and off by default. ## Aircall call filters Aircall customers can now self-serve their call filtering — no more contacting support to set up filters. Configure rules to skip or process calls based on: * Call direction (inbound/outbound) * Call duration * Contact domain or other call metadata Filters are managed in **Settings → Aircall**. # Portuguese and Spanish Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-04-27-portuguese-spanish Triple Session is now fully available in Portuguese and Spanish. Sales teams in Brazil and Latin America can use the entire platform in their native language.
April 27, 2026New
Language preference in Triple Session settings, showing English, Español, and Português options **Triple Session is now fully available in Portuguese and Spanish.** Sales teams in Brazil and Latin America can use the entire platform in their native language. ## Everything, translated Not a partial localization. The entire platform is available in both languages: * Scorecard sections and criteria labels * AI-generated call summaries and deal insights * AI Coach responses and coaching feedback * Roleplay personas and evaluation reports * Navigation, settings, and all UI copy ## How to switch Users can change their language preference in **Settings → Account**. For teams where most members are in Brazil or LATAM, admins can contact support to set a default language across the workspace. ## Native AI support Scoring, summaries, and deal insights run natively in both languages. Transcription and analysis work the same regardless of which language your reps use on calls. # MCP Server Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-05-15-mcp-server Triple Session is now an MCP server. AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can connect directly to your call reports, scorecards, transcripts, and deal intelligence.
May 15, 2026New
MCP settings page in Triple Session Triple Session now works as an **MCP server**, so AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can connect to your account and access your sales coaching data in real time. Instead of opening a dashboard, applying filters, and exporting spreadsheets, you can ask your assistant directly. A few things to try: * How is the team performing on Discovery this month? * Pull the transcript from my last call with Acme. * Summarize the last three calls on the Acme deal. * Which reps are improving week over week on Objection Handling? ## What's included * **Search calls** — find calls by topic, rep, scorecard, or outcome using natural language * **Retrieve transcripts** — pull the full transcript from any call * **Pull scorecards** — get scores, section breakdowns, and criteria results * **Access deal intelligence** — query risks, next steps, and deal insights across your pipeline ## How to connect Admins can install and manage MCP access from **Settings → API**. Setup guides for Claude and ChatGPT are available in the [MCP Server documentation](/mcp-server). ## What's next The initial tool pack covers call search, transcripts, scorecards, and coaching data. More tools will be added incrementally — including deal-level queries, team analytics, and rep-specific coaching data. # Control where CRM notes are pushed Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-05-22-crm-note-routing Choose whether auto-pushed CRM notes go to one prioritized object type or every matching CRM object type.
May 22, 2026New
Triple Session now gives CRM admins more control over where auto-pushed call notes land when a meeting matches multiple CRM objects. Previously, notes followed a fixed routing order. That worked for simple CRM setups, but it could be too rigid for teams that expect notes to land first on a deal, on a contact, on a lead, or across every relevant record. ## What's included * **Choose one object type or all matches** — Send notes to the first matching object type in your priority order, or send notes to every matching object type selected for auto-push. * **Set the priority order** — Reorder Deal, Contact, Company, and Salesforce Lead targets so Triple Session follows your CRM workflow. * **Consistent default in manual autofill** — The priority order also controls which matched CRM object is selected first when filling CRM notes manually. * **No breaking changes** — Existing CRM configurations keep their current routing behavior unless an admin saves the new routing options. ## How to configure it Company admins can manage this from **Settings → CRM → Sync Settings**. Open **Automatically push notes to CRM**, choose the CRM objects that can receive notes, then pick whether notes should go to one object type or all matching object types. In single-target mode, use the priority list to decide which object type wins when more than one match is found. If the winning object type has multiple matched records, Triple Session adds the note to all of those records. HubSpot CRM note routing — routing mode and priority order Salesforce CRM note routing — selected objects and priority order ## Also improved The CRM integration page is easier to navigate: settings and scorecard mappings now live in separate tabs, scorecard mappings can be searched, and mapping rows include scorecard tags so admins can find the right configuration faster. This update is available for HubSpot and Salesforce CRM integrations. # Smart selection hints and per-scorecard languages Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-06-05-scorecard-hints Tune how AI Coach routes calls to each scorecard with smart selection hints and AI feedback, and set scorecard and insights output languages independently.
June 5, 2026New
Smart Scorecards now give you finer control over which calls each scorecard is applied to, and scorecards can produce evaluations and insights in the language your team works in. ## Smart selection hints Each scorecard's **When to use this scorecard** description is what AI Coach reads to route the right calls to it. Now you can back that description with optional structured signals — smart selection hints — that sharpen matching when the description alone is not enough. Smart selection hints — Call stage, Participant type, Minimum call duration, Required signals, Example phrases, Disallowed scenarios, and Often confused with * **Call stage** and **Participant type** — the stages these calls happen in and who joins from the customer side. * **Minimum call duration** — skip calls shorter than a set length. * **Required signals** — describe, in plain words, what has to happen on the call for the scorecard to fit. * **Example phrases** — short quotes people actually say on these calls. * **Disallowed scenarios** — situations where the scorecard should never be used; AI Coach skips it automatically when a call matches one. * **Often confused with** — point to similar scorecards so AI Coach works harder to tell them apart. Per-call context like provider, attendees, and duration is detected automatically, so you only fill in what the matcher can't infer. ## Get AI Feedback on your description A new **Get AI Feedback** button reviews your description and hints, checking whether you've defined the call type, included essential qualifiers, and stated what's excluded. It flags gaps and proposes specific fixes — for example, setting a minimum duration or adding a participant type — that you apply in one click. AI feedback panel listing suggested edits for Minimum call duration, Participant type, and Required signals, each with an Apply button ## Scorecard and insights languages Scorecards now carry two independent language settings: * **Scorecard language** (Details tab) — the language used for scorecard prompts, criteria, and generated evaluation text. * **Insights language** (Insights tab) — the language used for generated insight titles and prompts. Insights language selector on the scorecard Insights tab Because they're separate, a team can score calls in one language while producing insights in another. Both are set per scorecard and apply to new meetings reviewed with that scorecard. See the [Scorecards](/ai-coach/scorecards) guide for full details on configuring descriptions, hints, and languages. # Open Insights & Company Chat without admin access Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-06-22-insights-access Global Insights and the company-wide AI chat are now separate permissions, so you can grant them to managers or members without making anyone an admin. Plus a redesigned Team Insights page.
June 22, 2026New
Until now, [Global Insights](/ai-coach/insights) and the company-wide [AI chat](/ai-coach/company-chat) were locked to admins. They're now two separate permissions in **Settings → Organization → Permissions**, so you can open them up to managers or regular members without handing over full admin access. ## Role-based access Two new permissions, each granted independently: * **Global Insights** — open Insights & Search, and create recurring insights * **Company AI chat** — chat with AI across the whole company's transcripts AI & Integrations permissions — Global Insights and Company AI chat, each toggled per role Defaults stay admin-only, so nothing changes until you opt a role in. Grant either permission to Managers or Members from the Permissions page. The Permissions page is also now grouped into sections — Reports & calls, Scorecards & seats, and AI & integrations — so it's easier to scan. ## Team Insights — redesigned page The old Company Insights page is now **Team Insights**, rebuilt around how people actually use it: Team Insights page showing Popular questions, auto-updating Living insights, and questions grouped by topic * **Themes** — questions auto-classify into themes, so you can group and filter instead of scrolling one long list * **Upvotes** — anyone can mark a finding as useful, and we track it * **Trending this week** — surfaces the most-upvoted questions your team keeps revisiting * **Living insights** — the new name for recurring questions (same feature, with its own spot on the page) * **Redesigned insight detail page** — cleaner header, key-finding cards, and markdown rendering To open these up, grant the Global Insights or Company AI chat permission to the roles you want in **Settings → Organization → Permissions**. # Roleplay: scenarios, practice mode, and team analytics Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-07-13-roleplay-upgrade A new Roleplay home organized around scenarios, an unscored practice mode, difficulty levels per persona, and a dedicated analytics tab for managers.
July 13, 2026New
Roleplay got its biggest upgrade yet: a home page organized around scenarios instead of a flat persona list, an unscored practice mode, three difficulty levels per persona, and a Team analytics tab that shows managers whether — and how — their team is practicing. ## A new home, organized around scenarios The new Roleplay home makes it effortless to find the right practice partner. Personas are now grouped into **scenarios** like Cold Call, Discovery Call, Objection Handling, Contract Renewal, and Upsell / Cross-sell — so you start from what you want to practice. Pick a scenario, filter by language, and go. Roleplay home with scenario filters — Cold Call, Contract Renewal, Discovery Call, Objection Handling, Upsell / Cross-sell — and persona cards showing goal, language, and session count Each persona card leads with its **goal** — for example, "Book a 30-minute discovery meeting with a specific day and time confirmed" — so it's clear what a roleplay is about before you start. We ship a set of default scenarios, and you can create custom scenarios to group personas the way your team works. A persona can live in multiple scenarios. If a scenario is missing a prospect that matches your market, anyone can **request a persona** directly from the page. ## Difficulty levels Personas now come in three difficulty levels — **Easy**, **Intermediate**, and **Hard** — grouped under a single persona. Reps pick the level that matches where they are, and call reports show which difficulty was used. The persona engine was also rebuilt to be more realistic: personas talk less, much closer to a real conversation. ## Practice mode Reps can now run a roleplay in **Practice** mode — a private run with no score or report — to explore a persona and build confidence before going on the record. Scored sessions remain the default. Start Practice button with the mode picker — Scored (full report with a score) or Practice (private run, no score or report) Scoring is also now handled automatically on our side, so every scored session gets its report — even if the tab closes mid-session. ## Team analytics for managers The new **Team analytics** tab answers the questions managers actually ask about a practice tool: is my team practicing, what are they practicing, how much time are they putting in, and how are they scoring. Roleplay Team analytics — active reps, sessions, practiced time per rep, average score, most practiced scenarios, and a weekly practice trend chart Filter by date range, scenario, workspace, and rep. The overview shows active reps, total sessions, practiced time per rep, and average score, alongside the most practiced scenarios and a weekly trend of sessions and scores. Click any rep to drill into their practice: sessions, average score, and practiced time broken down by scenario and persona, plus their latest scored reports. Member drill-down showing one rep's sessions, average score, practiced time, practice by scenario and persona, and recent scored roleplays ## Also in this release * **Audio player on roleplay reports** — roleplay call reports now include the session recording, so managers can listen while they review instead of reading the transcript alone. # Scorecard analytics with team coaching insights Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-07-15-scorecard-analytics Every scorecard page now opens with an AI coaching summary, per-question trends, top coaching moments, and generated coaching insights with concrete team-meeting and 1:1 actions.
July 15, 2026New
The scorecard page has been rebuilt into a coaching analytics hub. Every scorecard now shows you how your team is performing against it — and tells you exactly what to coach next. ## The redesigned scorecard page Open any scorecard from [Analytics](/ai-coach/analytics) and you get the playbook score, scored meetings, and average meeting duration for the selected period, next to an **AI summary** that names the clearest coaching opportunity across the team. Scorecard page for a Discovery scorecard — playbook score, scored meetings, average duration, an AI coaching summary, and a section breakdown with trend charts and per-question scores The **section breakdown** shows each section's score with a trend chart over time, and every question inside it with its score and the split of met / partially met / missed answers. Sort sections by score to jump straight to the weakest area, or expand everything for a full read. Admins can also **assign reps to the scorecard directly from this page**, without going back to settings. ## Top coaching moments The page now surfaces the standout [Moments](/ai-coach/moments) from calls scored with this scorecard — short clips of the interactions most worth reviewing, each showing the rep, the section it belongs to, and the call and section scores behind it. Top coaching moments on the scorecard page — four playable clips, each with the rep, section, call score, and section score, plus a section filter and a Browse moments link This closes the loop between the numbers and the calls themselves: when the section breakdown shows the team struggling with a behavior, the moments give you real examples to watch and share — a strong clip to spread across the team, or a weak one to bring into a 1:1. Moments follow the same section and date filters as the rest of the page, so what you watch always matches what you're analyzing. ## Coaching insights Every section has an **Insights** button that generates a coaching focus for it — grounded in the actual evidence from your team's scored meetings. A generated coaching focus — evidence from scored meetings, a team meeting drill, a 1:1 action, people to involve, and a strength to leverage Each insight includes: * **Evidence** — the scores and meeting counts behind the recommendation, so it's verifiable rather than generic * **Team meeting and 1:1 actions** — a concrete drill to run with the team and an inspection to do with an individual rep * **People to involve** — the specific reps flagged for coaching on this behavior, each with a suggested manager action * **A strength to leverage** — something the team already does well that you can build the fix on What makes these insights different is that they're built from your team's structured scoring data, not general sales advice. Every recommendation traces back to real meetings and real scores, names the specific reps who need attention, and arrives with an action you can run in your next team meeting or 1:1. The path from "the data says impact quantification is weak" to "here's the drill we're running Monday" is already written for you. Insights can be pinned, copied, or regenerated as new meetings come in. # Per-participant talk time, smarter transcript search, and Block access Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-07-17-call-review-improvements See who spoke when with per-participant talk-time tracks, search transcripts with typo-tolerant matching, copy email drafts from chat, and block sign-in for departing members.
July 17, 2026New
A batch of quality-of-life improvements across call review and workspace management. ## Talk time, per participant Every participant on a call now gets their own talk-time track below the recording, with their share of the conversation and speaking time — so you can see exactly when each person was speaking, at a glance. Per-participant talk-time tracks below the recording, each showing the participant's share and minutes, with a "Call owner spoke more" badge The tracks sit directly below the video and audio player, and they follow along as the recording plays. A badge calls out when the call owner spoke more than they should. ## Smarter transcript search Transcript search now understands what you mean. Type `analyticcs` and it still finds *analytics* — matching handles typos and approximate meaning, with no added latency. Results show just the matching transcript blocks, so you can scan every hit in seconds. Transcript search for a misspelled term still finding the right word, with results shown as individual matching blocks ## Copyable email drafts in chat Ask [AI Coach chat](/ai-coach/ask-ai-coach) for a follow-up email and you now get a ready-to-send draft: chat detects email requests and formats the response with a subject line and a one-click copy on the body. ## Block access Admins can now **block a member from signing in** — from the member actions menu in **Settings → Team → People**. Member actions menu with Manage workspaces, Change to member, Remove from company, and Block access Blocking takes effect right away: the member is signed out on their next request and cannot sign in again while blocked. Their calls, reports, and workspace data stay available to admins and managers — which makes this the right tool for offboarding, where removing someone from a workspace isn't enough. Block access confirmation listing what happens — immediate sign-out, sign-in blocked, and data kept available to admins and managers See [Manage members](/workspace/manage-members) for the full member management options. # Export meetings to CSV Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-08-03-meetings-export Export exactly the meetings you're looking at to a CSV file — pick your columns, and get large exports emailed to you as a download link.
August 3, 2026New
You can now export meetings straight from the **Meetings** tab in AI Coach. Export reports dialog with grouped column checkboxes, a Select all toggle, and a download button Click **Export** in the Meetings toolbar and pick which columns to include — Report details, Sales rep, CRM fields, and Roleplay difficulty are grouped separately so you can quickly select just what you need. Exports always match exactly what's on screen: your active filters, search, and date range, plus the same visibility rules as the Meetings page itself — private and restricted meetings are never included, even for admins. Small exports (1,000 meetings or fewer) download immediately. Larger exports are prepared in the background and emailed to you as a personal download link once ready. Exporting is available to Admins and Managers by default; extend it to Members from **Settings → Permissions**. See [Export Meetings](/ai-coach/export-meetings) for the full walkthrough. # Build stronger customer conversations with 123 new Academy sessions Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/changelog/2026-08-05-academy-session-library The Academy now offers deeper learning across sales, customer success, support, insurance, and practical AI workflows.
August 5, 2026New
We've added 123 sessions to the Triple Session Academy. Alongside deeper coverage of core sales skills, this release adds practical AI for sales workflows, expands customer success and support, and introduces a dedicated insurance collection. The result is a library that better reflects the skills, roles, and markets customer-facing teams work across every day. ## Customer success and support (24 sessions) Support and customer success Triple Session's CRM Automation lets you define rules that automatically fill or update CRM properties the moment a call is processed — no manual clicking required. Once a call ends and analysis completes, the automation runs and writes the results directly to your HubSpot or Salesforce records. Access to Automations is required to use this feature. Contact your account manager if you don't see **Automations** in your workspace. ## Supported CRMs and objects | CRM | Supported objects | | ---------- | ----------------------------------- | | HubSpot | Deals, Contacts, Companies, Tickets | | Salesforce | Opportunities | Tickets need a couple of extra settings so Triple Session knows which open ticket to write to. See [HubSpot tickets](/automations/hubspot-tickets). ## How to set up a CRM update automation In Triple Session, navigate to **Automations** and click **New Automation**. Opening the Automations section and creating a new automation Click **Add Action**, then change the action type to **Update CRM**. Selecting Update CRM as the action type Choose the scorecard whose results should trigger the CRM update. Then select the CRM object you want to update — Deal, Contact, Company, or Opportunity — depending on your CRM. Selecting a scorecard and CRM object type Define which CRM fields to fill or update. You can map multiple fields from the scorecard to CRM properties within a single automation. For text fields, choose how to handle existing data: * **Append** — adds new data to the existing field content. * **Replace** — overwrites the existing content entirely. Each automation applies to one scorecard and one object type. Mapping Triple Session fields to CRM properties Click **Save**, then change the status from **Draft** to **Live**. The automation starts running as soon as calls end. Setting the automation status to Live ## Monitor results Click **Logs** at any time to review how the automation is performing. The log shows: * How many times the automation has run * Success or error status for each execution Automation logs showing execution history and status ## Automation settings for notes (Settings > AI Coach > CRM) In addition to the Automations builder above, Triple Session also provides a simpler toggle-based approach for automatically pushing **Notes** to your CRM after every call. You can find these settings under **Settings > AI Coach > CRM**. The settings-based automatic push only sends information as **CRM Notes**. It does not automatically update specific **CRM Properties**. To automatically update properties, use the Automations builder described in the steps above. When you enable **Automatically Push Notes to CRM**, you can configure: * **Which objects** receive the notes (Deal, Contact, Company, Lead). * **What content** to push — **Summary**, **Deal Insights**, or **Summary + Deal Insights**. * **Where** notes are stored — the CRM **Notes** object or the **Meetings** object. Field mappings for property updates are always configured separately in **Settings > CRM**. See [Map Fields](/crm/map-fields) for instructions. ## Security and control * Data is only written to CRM fields you explicitly define in the automation. * You can pause any automation at any time by toggling its status from **Live** back to **Draft**. * Logs give full visibility into every automation execution. ## Best practices * **Start with one scorecard.** Validate that the field mapping works as expected before rolling out additional automations. * **Use append mode** when syncing qualitative feedback or notes, so existing context isn't lost. # CRM Sync Settings Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/crm/autofill-settings Configure how Triple Session links calls, pushes CRM notes, routes matched records, and handles HubSpot and Salesforce-specific CRM sync options. Autofill Settings control what Triple Session does after a call is processed. Use them to choose which CRM records can be matched, what call content is pushed automatically, and where that content is stored in HubSpot or Salesforce. Before configuring autofill, connect your CRM. See [Connect HubSpot CRM](/crm/connect-hubspot) or [Connect Salesforce CRM](/crm/connect-salesforce). ## What you can configure From **Settings > CRM > Settings**, admins can configure: * Automatic call linking to CRM objects. * Automatic note pushes after processed calls. * The content source for pushed notes: Summary, Deal Insights, or both. * Which matched CRM objects receive pushed notes. * Routing when more than one object type matches. * HubSpot Meetings, Salesforce Events, and HubSpot task creation. The **Scorecard mappings** tab handles field mappings for CRM properties. See [Map Fields](/crm/map-fields). ## Provider differences | Setting | HubSpot | Salesforce | | ---------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- | | Matchable objects | Deals, Contacts, Companies | Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts, Leads | | Automatic note targets | Deals, Contacts, Companies | Opportunities, Contacts, Accounts, Leads | | Activity destination | Notes or Meetings | Notes or Events | | Multi-object routing | Available for Notes and Meetings | Available for Notes. Events use single-target routing | | Extra settings | Meeting write mode, Meeting type, task creation, metadata cache | Event destination | ## Automatically link calls to CRM objects Turn this on to let Triple Session match processed calls to existing CRM records. The selected objects become the pool of records that automatic note pushes can use later. In HubSpot, select **Deal**, **Contact**, and **Company** as needed. HubSpot CRM settings showing automatic call linking to Deal, Contact, and Company In Salesforce, select **Opportunity**, **Contact**, **Account**, and **Lead** as needed. Salesforce CRM settings showing automatic call linking to Opportunity, Contact, Account, and Lead ## Automatically push notes to CRM Turn this on to send call information to matched CRM records after processing finishes. Choose the **Content Source**: * **Summary** sends the call recap and action items. * **Deal Insights** sends scorecard-based sales insights. * **Summary + Deal Insights** sends both in one CRM entry. Then choose which matched objects should receive the note. An object must be enabled in **Automatically link calls to CRM objects** before it can be selected here. Automatic note push creates CRM activity content such as Notes, HubSpot Meetings, or Salesforce Events. It does not update mapped CRM properties. To update properties, use [Automatically Update CRM Fields When Calls End](/crm/auto-update-fields). ## Routing when multiple objects match When more than one note target is selected, choose how Triple Session routes the CRM entry. **Send to one object type** uses the priority order. If the first object type has multiple matches, Triple Session sends the note to all matches in that type and stops. **Send to all matching object types** sends the note to every selected object type that matched the call. Use the priority list to decide which object wins in single-target mode. HubSpot automatic note push settings showing content source, selected objects, routing mode, and priority order Salesforce uses the same routing model for Notes. When the destination is Events, Triple Session uses single-target routing. Salesforce automatic note push settings showing selected objects and priority order ## HubSpot Notes or Meetings HubSpot Use **Notes or Meetings** to choose where HubSpot stores pushed call content. * **Notes** creates a HubSpot Note on the matched CRM record. * **Meetings** creates or updates a HubSpot Meeting record. When **Meetings** is selected, you can also configure: * **When to write to HubSpot meetings**: always create, update if a matching meeting exists, or update only. * **Meeting type**: an optional HubSpot meeting type for created or updated meetings. HubSpot CRM settings showing Notes or Meetings destination, meeting write mode, and meeting type ## Salesforce Notes or Events Salesforce Use **Notes or Events** to choose where Salesforce stores pushed call content. * **Notes** creates Salesforce notes on matched CRM records. * **Events** creates Salesforce event activity for the selected matched record. Salesforce Events use single-target routing, so the all-matching-object option is hidden when Events are selected. Salesforce CRM settings showing Notes or Events destination set to Events ## HubSpot tasks from action items HubSpot HubSpot can turn detected action items into HubSpot tasks. Enable this when reps should receive follow-up tasks directly in HubSpot after a call is processed. HubSpot CRM settings showing auto-create tasks from action items enabled ## HubSpot metadata cache HubSpot HubSpot admins can clear the metadata cache when HubSpot options look stale, such as after changing scopes, meeting types, pipelines, or account settings. ## Disconnect CRM Disconnecting the CRM stops new automatic CRM sync. CRM records and activities already created by Triple Session stay in the CRM. ## Related setup * [Push Call Data](/crm/keep-crm-updated) explains manual CRM updates and CRM notes. * [Map Fields](/crm/map-fields) explains scorecard field mappings for CRM properties. * [Automatically Update CRM Fields When Calls End](/crm/auto-update-fields) explains CRM property updates through automations. # Connect HubSpot CRM Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/crm/connect-hubspot Connect HubSpot to Triple Session AI Coach to push call evaluation insights directly to your deals and keep your CRM automatically updated. To prevent this, review the Connected App policies in Salesforce: In Salesforce, go to **Setup → Apps → Connected Apps → Manage Connected Apps**. Find **Triple Session AI Coach** in the list and click **Edit**. Ensure the app has the following settings: * **Refresh Token Policy:** Refresh token is valid until revoked * **IP Relaxation:** Relax IP restrictions * **Permitted Users:** All users may self-authorize * **Enable Token Exchange Flow:** Checked Salesforce Connected App recommended configuration *** ## Support * **API access issues:** If you're on the Professional or Starter edition and encounter problems, ask your Salesforce administrator to verify that API access is enabled. * **Need help?** Contact the Triple Session support team at **[support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com)**. # Use HubSpot Custom Objects Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/crm/custom-objects Configure HubSpot custom objects in Triple Session to link calls, update properties, push notes or meetings, and run automations. HubSpot custom objects let you organize records that do not fit standard objects such as Deals, Companies, or Contacts. After you enable a custom object in Triple Session, you can link calls to its records, map and update properties, push notes or meetings, and use it in Automations. Custom object support is available for selected HubSpot accounts. Contact your Triple Session account manager or [support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com) if you do not see **Custom HubSpot objects** in CRM settings. ## Prerequisites Before you configure custom objects, make sure you have: * A HubSpot Enterprise subscription that supports custom objects. * At least one custom object already created in HubSpot. * HubSpot associations between that custom object and Contacts. You can also use associations with Deals and Companies as optional matching paths. * Triple Session company admin access. * An active [HubSpot CRM connection](/crm/connect-hubspot). * The three custom object scopes listed below on the HubSpot private app used by Triple Session. ## Add the required HubSpot permissions Add these scopes to your HubSpot private app: ```text theme={null} crm.schemas.custom.read crm.objects.custom.read crm.objects.custom.write ``` | Scope | How Triple Session uses it | | -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- | | `crm.schemas.custom.read` | Discovers your custom object types and their writable properties. | | `crm.objects.custom.read` | Finds, searches, and displays custom object records and associations. | | `crm.objects.custom.write` | Updates the custom object properties you explicitly map or select. | All three scopes are required for the complete custom object workflow. Missing custom object scopes do not stop standard HubSpot features, but custom objects may be unavailable for discovery, search, mapping, or updates. In HubSpot, go to **Settings** > **Integrations** > **Legacy Apps**. Open the private app used by Triple Session. Open the app's **Scopes** section and add the three scopes exactly as listed above. Save the app. In Triple Session, go to **Settings** > **CRM** > **Settings**. In **Custom HubSpot objects**, click **Refresh from HubSpot**. If your HubSpot connection uses OAuth instead of a private app, use **Update access** in CRM settings to approve the custom object permissions, then refresh the catalog. ## Enable a custom object and automatic linking Enabling an object makes it available for supported custom object workflows. Automatic linking is a separate setting, so you can enable an object for search and manual updates without linking it to every future call. In **Settings** > **CRM** > **Settings**, find **Custom HubSpot objects**. Click **Refresh from HubSpot** if the object is not listed, then turn on **Use in AI Coach** for each object you want to use. Turn on **Automatically link calls to CRM objects** and select the custom object under **Objects**. CRM settings with Deal, Company, and a Customer custom object selected for automatic call linking Return to the custom object in **Custom HubSpot objects** and choose its association paths: * **Contact → Custom object** is always active. AI Coach checks custom records associated with contacts on the call. * **Deal → Custom object** also checks custom records associated with deals found for the call. * **Company → Custom object** also checks custom records associated with companies found for the call. Custom HubSpot object enabled in AI Coach with Contact, Deal, and Company matching paths selected The Deal and Company options only use existing HubSpot associations. AI Coach does not use fuzzy or AI-based matching for custom objects, and it does not recursively search through unrelated CRM records. Changes to automatic linking apply to calls processed after you save the setting. Existing call associations stay unchanged. ## What you can do with enabled custom objects | Area | Available behavior | | -------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Scorecard mappings | Map scorecard and report fields to writable properties on the custom object. | | Call report Autofill | Search standard and custom records together, update mapped properties, and link the selected custom record to the call. | | Automatic linking | Link calls through Contact associations and optional Deal or Company association paths. | | Notes and Meetings | Send call summaries or Deal Insights to an associated custom record manually or automatically. | | Automations | Use **Update CRM** to update properties on one exact custom record associated with the call. | ### Map and update custom object properties Open **Settings** > **CRM** > **Mappings** to create a scorecard mapping. Select the enabled custom object, then map Triple Session fields to writable HubSpot properties. See [Map Fields](/crm/map-fields) for the mapping workflow. From a call report, **Update CRM** searches across standard and enabled custom objects. When you select and update a custom record, Triple Session also links that exact record to the call. Repeating the update reuses the association instead of creating a duplicate. Updating a mapped property can overwrite its current HubSpot value. Map only properties that Triple Session should control. ## Push notes or meetings to custom objects An enabled custom object can receive the same call summary or Deal Insights content as a standard HubSpot object. The call must already be linked to the exact custom record, either through automatic linking or manual Autofill. To configure automatic pushes: In **Settings** > **CRM** > **Settings**, turn on **Automatically push notes to CRM**. Select **Summary**, **Deal Insights**, or **Summary + Deal Insights**, then select the custom object under **Objects**. Select **Send to one object type** to use your priority order, or **Send to all matching object types** to write to every selected object type linked to the call. Automatic CRM note settings with Company and Customer selected and all matching object types enabled Use **Notes or Meetings** to choose how HubSpot stores the activity. The existing HubSpot meeting write mode and meeting type settings also apply to custom object targets. Selecting a custom object as an automatic push target does not search HubSpot at push time. Triple Session only writes to records already linked to that call. You can also push a note or meeting manually to an associated custom record even when automatic linking or automatic push is turned off. See [CRM Sync Settings](/crm/autofill-settings) for content sources, routing, and HubSpot Meeting options. ## Update custom objects with Automations In an **Update CRM** Automation action, select an enabled custom object and map the fields you want to update. Triple Session updates the record only when exactly one record of that custom object type is linked to the call. * If no matching custom record is linked, the action skips the update. * If multiple records of the same custom object type are linked, the action skips the update instead of choosing one or changing several records. * The action does not search HubSpot or create a new custom record. See [Automatically Update CRM Fields When Calls End](/crm/auto-update-fields) for the Automation setup flow. ## Current limitations * Custom objects are supported for HubSpot only. Salesforce custom objects are not supported. * Triple Session reads and updates existing custom object records; it does not create or delete them. * Triple Session does not create action-item tasks for custom objects. ## Troubleshooting | Problem | What to check | | -------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | A custom object does not appear | Confirm the feature is enabled for your account, add all three scopes, click **Refresh from HubSpot**, and turn on **Use in AI Coach**. | | Calls are not linked automatically | Turn on automatic linking, select the custom object, and verify the required Contact, Deal, or Company associations exist in HubSpot. | | Properties cannot be mapped or updated | Confirm `crm.schemas.custom.read` and `crm.objects.custom.write` are present and that the HubSpot property is writable. | | Notes or meetings are not pushed | Confirm the exact custom record is linked to the call and the object type is selected as an automatic push target. | | The object shows **Not available** | Confirm the object still exists in HubSpot and the permissions are active, then refresh the catalog. Existing mappings and associations are preserved while new operations remain blocked. | If the issue continues, contact **[support@triplesession.com](mailto:support@triplesession.com)**. # Push Call Data to Your CRM Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/crm/keep-crm-updated Push call summaries and deal insights to HubSpot or Salesforce as Notes or Properties — manually from any recording or automatically after every call. Triple Session gives you two ways to push call data into your CRM: update specific deal properties with structured insights, or log information as timestamped notes on Deal, Company, or Contact records. You can trigger either method manually from a recording, or configure automation so the sync happens as soon as every call ends. Before syncing data, make sure your CRM is connected. See [Connect HubSpot CRM](/crm/connect-hubspot) or [Connect Salesforce CRM](/crm/connect-salesforce) to get started. To configure automatic note pushes, object matching, routing, HubSpot Meetings, Salesforce Events, and task creation, see [Sync Settings](/crm/autofill-settings). ## Method 1: Update specific CRM properties Use this method when you want to write targeted insights — such as next steps, budget, or key pain points — into pre-defined fields on a Deal record. Each insight maps to a specific CRM property, so your data lands exactly where it needs to be for reporting and filtering. An admin must map Triple Session insight fields to CRM properties first. Without a mapping, there are no properties to update. See **Map Fields** to set this up. **Key considerations:** * Sending to a property **overwrites** any existing value in that CRM field. * Only available when syncing to a **Deal** record. Navigate to a meeting recording and click the **Deal Insights** tab. Deal Insights tab in a meeting recording Click the **Update CRM** button. Confirm the correct **Deal** is selected — search for one if it isn't already associated. Make sure the **Properties** option is selected. Send summary to Salesforce — Update CRM flow Triple Session shows which CRM fields will be updated based on your admin's mapping configuration. Click **Confirm and update fields** to push the data to your CRM. ## Method 2: Send information as CRM notes Use this method to log a full meeting summary or specific deal insights as an activity note on a Deal, Company, or Contact record. Notes create a chronological history on the CRM record without overwriting any structured fields, and they work without any field mapping setup. **Key benefits:** * No field mapping required — works immediately after connecting your CRM. * Preserves a chronological activity log on the CRM record. * Does not overwrite data in structured CRM fields. * Supports Deals, Companies, and Contacts. ### Send a summary as a note Navigate to a meeting recording and click the **Summary** tab. Send deal insights to Salesforce as a note Click the **Update CRM** button on the Summary tab. Choose the destination — **Deal**, **Company**, or **Contact** — and search for the record if one isn't already associated. Confirm that **Notes** is selected. Link call to Salesforce CRM record The summary text appears in the editor. Edit it if needed before sending. Click **Confirm and Update fields** to log the note in your CRM. ### Send deal insights as a note Navigate to a meeting recording and click the **Deal Insights** tab. Choose **Deal**, **Company**, or **Contact** as the destination record. Select the **Notes** option. Review or edit the text in the editor. Click **Confirm and Update fields** to log the note in your CRM. # Map Fields to Send Call Data to Your CRM Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/crm/map-fields Configure field mappings so Triple Session can push specific deal insights — like budget, next steps, and pain points — directly into your CRM properties. Field mapping tells Triple Session exactly which CRM property to update for each deal insight it extracts from a call. Once an admin sets up the mapping, reps can push structured data to their CRM with a single click — or let automation handle it entirely. This setup is required before you can update CRM Properties (as opposed to Notes). Pushing data to a CRM property overwrites the existing value in that field. Make sure the mapped fields are ones you want Triple Session to control. You must be an **Admin** to configure field mappings. Before mapping, create the necessary custom fields in your CRM — HubSpot or Salesforce — so they appear in the property selector. ## Prerequisites * Your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) must already be connected to Triple Session. See [Connect HubSpot CRM](/crm/connect-hubspot) or [Connect Salesforce CRM](/crm/connect-salesforce). * The CRM properties you want to map must already exist in your CRM. Create them there first before returning to Triple Session. ## Set up field mappings In Triple Session, click **Settings** in the left-hand navigation menu, then select **CRM**. The CRM integration page shows your connection status and any existing mappings. CRM integration settings page showing connection status You have two options: * To add a new mapping, click **+ New Mapping**. * To update an existing mapping, find the relevant scorecard in the "Existing Mappings" list and click **Edit**. New mapping button in CRM settings If you clicked **+ New Mapping**, use the **Scorecard** dropdown to search for and select the scorecard whose insights you want to map. This tells Triple Session which set of deal insights to push to your CRM. New mapping — select scorecard and link You'll see a list of available Triple Session insight fields — such as Playbook Score, Report Link, and other scorecard-specific fields. For each field you want to sync, click the **Select a property** dropdown on the right and choose the corresponding CRM property you created earlier. HubSpot field selection for mapping Field mapping configuration — step 5 Field mapping configuration — step 6 Scroll to the bottom of the page and click **Save**. Your mapping is now active. Reps can immediately start pushing insights to the mapped CRM properties. CRM auto-fill mapping saved and active ## Example: map playbook score and call link A common use case is pushing the playbook score and a link to the full call report onto each deal record, so managers can filter and report on call quality directly in HubSpot or Salesforce. **Step 1: Create the fields in your CRM** In the **Deal** object of your CRM, create the following properties: * **Score** — use the field type **Number** to record Playbook Scores. * **Call Link** — use the field type **Single-line text** (or **URL**) to store the report link. You can name these fields anything relevant to your playbook — for example, "Discovery Score" and "Discovery Call Link." **Step 2: Map the fields in Triple Session** Follow the steps above to create or edit a mapping. Select the matching CRM Deal properties for **Playbook Score** and **Report Link**. **Step 3: Data syncs automatically** Once the mapping is saved, Triple Session will push the Playbook Score and Report Link to the corresponding CRM fields after each scored call. ## Report Properties (system fields) Every mapping includes a **Report Properties** section with 9 system-generated fields that Triple Session populates automatically from each call. You don't need a scorecard to use them — they're always available. | Field | Type | What it contains | | ------------------ | ---------- | ------------------------------------------------ | | Playbook Score | Number | Overall scorecard score (e.g. 87) | | Report Link | URL | Direct link to the Triple Session report | | Duration (minutes) | Integer | Call length in minutes | | Integration Source | Text | Where the call came from (e.g. `hubspot`) | | Report Date | Date/time | When the report was generated (ISO 8601) | | Scorecard Name | Text | Name of the scorecard used (e.g. Discovery Call) | | Evaluatee Name | Text | Name of the rep who was evaluated | | Evaluatee Email | Email | Email of the rep who was evaluated | | Talk Time Ratio | Percentage | Rep's share of total talk time | Report Properties system fields in the mapping editor Map these to existing CRM properties the same way as scorecard fields — click **Select a property** next to each field you want to sync. ## Best practices * **Create CRM properties first.** Fields must exist in your CRM before you can select them in Triple Session's mapping editor. * **Match field types.** Use a **Number** field for Playbook Score and a **Single-line text** or **URL** field for Report Link. Mismatched types can cause sync errors. * **Start with one scorecard.** Set up and verify one mapping before adding others to catch any configuration issues early. # Get Started with Triple Session's AI Coach Source: https://docs.triplesession.com/getting-started/first-steps Learn how to bring your first meetings into Triple Session's AI Coach using the Bot, connected recording tools, or direct file uploads — in minutes. ## Get your meetings into Triple Session Have AI Coach join your scheduled meetings and record them automatically. If your call recording tool isn't natively supported by Triple Session, you can still analyze your calls using an incoming webhook. Send a transcript or recording URL to AI Coach and it will automatically review the meeting using the appropriate scorecard, whether it's a sales call transcript, a WhatsApp conversation, or a recording from an internal system. This approach uses Triple Session's **Automations** feature with a **Webhook Received** trigger and a **Review Meeting** action, coordinated through a tool like Zapier.
