Why Mapping Fields Matters

  • Save time & reduce manual work: Eliminate tedious copy-pasting. Insights sync automatically to CRM records after call analysis, freeing up rep time.

  • Keep CRM data up-to-date: Ensure your CRM always has the latest call performance data, empowering reps with accurate info for personalized interactions.

  • Centralized data: Access key call insights within your Deal, Contact or Company records in your CRM.

In this article, we'll guide you through setting up or editing your CRM field.

1. Navigate to CRM Integration Settings

As an Admin user:

  • Go to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Click on CRM

You will see the CRM Integration page displaying your connection status and existing mappings.

2. Choose to Create New or Edit existing mapping

You have two options:

  • To create a new mapping for a specific scorecard, click + New Mapping.

  • To modify an existing mapping, find the relevant scorecard mapping in the "Existing Mappings" list and click Edit.

3. For New Mapping: select the scorecard

If you clicked + New Mapping:

  • Use the Scorecard dropdown menu to search for and select the specific scorecard you want to map fields for.

πŸ’‘ This tells Triple Session which set of insights you intend to push to your CRM.

4. Map Triple Session Fields to CRM Properties

Once you've selected a scorecard for New Mappings or clicked Edit:

  • You will see a list of available Triple Session insight fields (e.g., Playbook Score, Report Link, and other specific insights from your chosen scorecard).

  • For each Triple Session field you want to sync, click the Select a property dropdown on the right.

  • Search for and select the specific field (property) you have already created in your CRM to receive this data.

πŸ’‘ Important: Ensure you have created the necessary custom fields in your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) before attempting to map them here.

5. Save your mapping

Once you have finished mapping all your desired Triple Session fields to the corresponding CRM properties:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.

And that's it! πŸŽ‰ You can now start pushing insights to your CRM.

How to automatically push playbook score and call link to create filters and rules in your CRM.

1. Set Up the Fields in your HubSpot or Salesforce

To begin, create the following properties in the Deal object of your CRM:

  • Score: Use the field type Number to record Playbook Scores.

  • Call Link: Use the field type Single-line text to store the report links.

πŸ’‘ In the example below, we used "Discovery Score" and "Discovery Call Link". Feel free to use any name related to your playbook, such as Cold Call Score or Connection Call Score.

2. Map Fields in Triple Session

  • Same as mentioned above, as an Admin, navigate to the workspace settings in Triple Session and either edit a CRM mapping or create a new one.

  • Select the correspondingDeal Properties for your Playbook Score and Report Link.

3. Automate Data Sync

Once the mapping is complete, Triple Session will automatically push:

  • The Playbook Score goes directly to the corresponding field in your CRM.

  • The Report Link will enable reps to access detailed call insights instantly.

Best Practices for Success

  • Pre-create CRM property fields: Always create the necessary custom fields in your CRM first before setting up the mapping in Triple Session.

  • Correct Field Types: Ensure the field types in your CRM match the data being sent:

    • Use Number type fields for Playbook Score, for example.

    • Use Single-line text or URL type fields for the Report Link.
