Why sync Triple Session insights to your CRM?

  • Save time and reduce manual work: Log full meeting summaries or key insights directly onto CRM records (Deals, Companies, Contacts) for quick reference eliminating manual summarization.

  • Flexible Updates: Choose between sending detailed Notes (ideal for history & requires no field setup) or updating specific mapped CRM Properties (for structured data and reporting).

Watch this quick tutorial or read the breakdown below.

Triple Session offers two primary ways to sync:

  1. Update Specific CRM Properties: Send targeted insights to pre-mapped fields on your Deal records.

  2. Send Information as CRM Notes: Log comprehensive meeting summaries or specific insights as timestamped activity notes on Deals, Companies, or Contacts.

Let's explore how to use each method.

Method 1: Updating Specific CRM Properties

This method is ideal when you want to update specific, pre-defined fields on a Deal record with information extracted from the call (like 'Next Steps', 'Budget Confirmed', or 'Key Pain Points').

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to the Deal Insights tab within a meeting recording.

  2. Click the 'Update CRM' button.

  3. Ensure the correct Deal is informed (you may need to search if one isn't already associated) and that 'Properties' option is selected.

  4. Triple Session will show the mapped field in your CRM that this insight will update.

  5. Click 'Confirm and update fields'.

πŸ’‘ Key Considerations:

  • Requires Setup: This method requires your admin to have previously mapped specific Triple Session insights to corresponding fields in your CRM settings.

  • Overwrites Data: Sending information to a property will overwrite any existing data in that specific CRM field.

  • Deal-Specific: Updating properties is only available when syncing to a Deal record.

Method 2: Sending Information as CRM Notes

This is the most flexible way to log meeting context. You can send a full meeting summary directly onto Deal, Company, or Contact records in your CRM.

This is perfect for quick catch-ups, preserving a chronological history, or when you haven't mapped specific CRM fields.

How to Use:

  1. Navigate to the Summary tab within a meeting recording.

  2. Click the 'Update CRM' button on this tab.

  3. Ensure the destination if selected (Deal, Company, or Contact). You may need to search if one isn't already associated and that 'Notes' option is selected.

  4. The summary text will appear in the editor. Review or edit the text if desired.

  5. Click 'Confirm and Update fields'.

You can also send specific Deal Insights as Notes:

  1. On the Deal Insights tab.

  2. Select the destination object (Deal, Company, or Contact).

  3. Choose the 'Notes' option.

  4. Review or edit the text if desired.

  5. Click 'Confirm and Update fields'.

πŸ’‘ Key Benefits of Sending as Notes:

  • No Field Mapping Needed: Works instantly without prior CRM field configuration.

  • Preserves History: Creates a clear, chronological activity log on the CRM record.

  • Doesn't Overwrite Fields: Adds new information without replacing data in structured fields.

  • Works for All Objects: You can add notes to Deals, Companies, and Contacts.

Quick Navigation: Direct Link to CRM Deal

Once a meeting is associated with a Deal in Triple Session, you'll see a direct link next to it.

Clicking the arrow takes you straight to that Deal record in your CRM, making navigation seamless.

Configuration Settings for Automation

You can find these in Settings > AI Coach > CRM.

Automatically Link Calls to Deals

It uses AI Coach Bot data and information from the call recording to automatically associate calls with existing Deal records in your CRM.

This is enabled by default for all workspaces to help organize your calls.

Automatically Push Notes to CRM

If you want call Notes sent to your CRM after every processed call without manually clicking 'Update CRM', you can enable this automation.

This is disabled by default. You must toggle it on to activate automatic pushing.

Choose Content Source

Use the dropdown to select what information gets pushed automatically:

  • Summary: Automatically sends the full call overview (outcomes, action items, etc.) as a Note.

  • Deal Insights: Automatically sends the specific scorecard-based intelligence points as Notes.

This automatic feature only pushes information as CRM Notes. It does not automatically update specific CRM Properties.

Choose the destination: Notes or Meetings Object

When pushing information as Notes, you can choose precisely where in your CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) these notes are stored.

Use the 'Notes or Meetings' dropdown to select:

  • Notes: Sends the call information to the standard CRM 'Note' object.

  • Meetings: Sends the call information to the CRM 'Meeting' object.

Choose the destination that best aligns with how your team tracks call activity and logs information within your specific CRM setup.
