What is the Ask AI Coach & why use it?

Ask AI Coach is an integrated AI assistant designed to help you quickly understand key aspects of evaluated calls. Once a call has been processed and evaluated against its scorecard, you can ask questions about it.

Here's how to use Ask AI Coach

  • Open any call that has been processed and evaluated by the Triple Session.

  • Click on the "Ask AI Coach" button.

  • Then just type your question or select any questions suggested within the chat.
