Building your team inside Triple Session is the first step to unlocking collaborative coaching and performance insights.
Here's how to set it up:
Inviting new members to your workspace
As a manager (admin), navigate to the Members page:
From the navigation menu, go to Settings > Workspace > Members.
Click the blue "Invite members" button on the top right of the Members table.
Choose your invitation method
You have two ways to invite teammates:
Individual Invite (Default):
Enter the team member's email address and select their role from the dropdown menu. You can add multiple individual invites by clicking "+ Add another email".
Bulk Invite:
Click "Bulk Invite" to switch modes. Paste a list of email addresses (one per line). All users invited this way will be assigned the same role, which you can select under "Invite all as".
π‘ When inviting members, you can assign them as a Member or a Manager.
Member: can only view meetings and analytics from themselves.
Manager: can view meetings and analytics from anyone on the team.
Send & track invitations
Once you've added your emails and selected roles, click "Send Invites".
Invited users will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to join.
You can track the status of all pending and accepted invitations by clicking the "Invites Sent" tab in the modal.
Here, you can also Delete a pending invitation if needed.
Managing member visibility
This is ideal for non-selling managers, sales ops, or admins who need access to review calls but shouldn't be included in team performance metrics.
When a user is hidden:
They do not appear in Analytics or Scorecard breakdowns.
They do not appear in daily and weekly digest emails.
They do not appear in the "members" filters on the meetings page or in Moments.
Note: Hiding a user does not block their access to calls via a direct link.
How to hide or show a member in the workspace
On the Settings > Members page, find the user you want to manage.
Click the three-dot menu (...) at the end of their row.
Select "Show in workspace" or "Hide from workspace" from the Actions menu.
Check Visibility Status
You can quickly see a member's visibility status by looking at the icon in the "Analytics" column.

Best practices for success
Onboard teams quickly: Use the "Bulk Invite" feature when setting up a new team to save time and ensure everyone gets the same role.
Keep analytics clean: Use the "Hide from workspace" feature for any user who reviews calls but is not an active, quota-carrying member. This ensures your team analytics, digests, and leaderboards accurately reflect the performance of your sales team.
Advise your team: Let new users know they will receive an invitation from [email protected] and to check their spam or junk folder if they don't see it.
