The AI Coach supports transcripts from Fireflies.ai, and in this article, you'll learn how to quickly download transcripts from the platform and use them in the AI Coach.
⬇️ Downloading the transcript from Fireflies
1. Click on Meetings.
2. Select a desired meeting.
3. From your Notepad, Click Download.
4. Select Download Transcript.
5. Important: Select the SRT format
6. Enable the timestamp and speaker toggles.
🆙 Uploading to AI Coach
Now, go to the AI Coach to upload the transcript.
2. Fill out the call review information
Name the rep who made the call you're reviewing.
Select the scorecard.
Upload the file you just downloaded from Fireflies.ai
3. Click Start Analysis and wait a few minutes
Click Start Analysis, sit back, and relax while the AI Coach does the job.
