The AI Coach and Fireflies Integration
Triple Session's AI Coach integrates with Fireflies to automatically review every sales rep meeting.
Here is a step-by-step on how to integrate both products.
Step 1: Copy your API key to your Fireflies Account
Visit your Fireflies settings and click on Developer Settings. In this section, you'll find the API Key. Please copy it for the next step.
Step 2: Paste your API key into your Triple Session account
In Triple Session, click on AI Coach and then Settings.
Under the Settings page, you'll need to click on Call Recordings and then on Connect Fireflies
After clicking on Connect Fireflies, you'll see a place to paste the API Key you copied from Fireflies. Then you just need to click on Connect Fireflies
Enabling Automatic call reviews
To have all your calls reviewed automatically by Triple Session, you just need to do one extra step: copy the Webhook URL from Triple Session to Fireflies.
After connecting your account, toggle the option "Automatically review calls" and copy the Webhook URL.
Now, you just need to paste it into your Fireflies account and click on Save.
And Done! You've successfully connected Triple Session and Fireflies 🎊
