1️⃣ Connect AI Coach to your call recording tool
Today, AI Coach integrates with the following tools:
Zoom
Google Meet
Fireflies
HubSpot
To integrate, go to AI Coach's Settings and then click on Call Recordings, as indicated below. Choose the call recording you use and start the connecting process.
2️⃣ Turn on Automated Call Reviews
After integrating, turn on the Automated Call Reviews toggle:
3️⃣ Choose Language and Scorecard
Language:
Select the language of your sales calls. This will improve the accuracy of AI Coach's reviews.
Scorecard:
Choose the Scorecard you want AI Coach to use when reviewing your calls automatically.

Very soon, you won't need to choose a single Scorecard for Automated Call Reviews.
AI Coach will be able to read your call, identify the type of meeting you had, and then it will apply the right Scorecard before running the review.
