Step-by-Step Guide to Connect Your HubSpot Account:
Step 1: Navigate to AI Coach
Log into your Triple Session account and click on the 'AI Coach' tab on the top menu. Here's where the magic starts!
Step 2: Initiate the Connection
Click on 'Settings' on the AI Coach page and select the call recordings tab
Step 3: Connect to HubSpot
Once you're in the right place, click the 'Connect HubSpot' button.
Step 4: Authorize the Integration
A HubSpot integration page will pop up, asking your permission to link up with Triple Session AI Coach. Click to accept and integrate. Once completed, you'll be redirected back to Triple Session.
Step 5: Enable review calls
Check the "Automated Call Reviews" option to get every call reviewed automatically with a scorecard. Select the scorecards you want to apply, and our AI will automatically apply the correct scorecard to each call.
Step 6: Ready to Roll!
And that's it! You're officially connected and ready to start reaping the benefits of personalized coaching insights.
