๐Ÿ”ข How AI Coach Assistant works on Zoomโ€‹

1. When you have a new meeting on your calendar, the bot will identify it as a Zoom meeting and automatically join it unless you manually remove it from the Triple Session list of scheduled meetings.

2. When the meeting starts, the bot joins and asks permission to record it. At this point, the host must grant permission so our assistant can record the meeting.

โš ๏ธ โ€‹Important: To have the Bot join, you must use any of the Zoom Desktop apps (on Windows, Mac, or Linux). The host should not join Zoom through the web because the recording permission pop-up is not supported.

โš™๏ธ Configuring the Bot to work with Zoom

As a host, some configurations are necessary for the AI Coach assistant to join and record meetings automatically.

Some configurations are usually enabled by default to have the assistant record meetings, but sometimes, people have them disabled, preventing the assistant from joining the meetings.

1. Ensure "Local Recording" is enabled

This allows the assistant to record the meetings. To enable that, visit your Zoom account > Settings > Recording and ensure "Local recording" is enabled.

2. Ensure Internal and external participants can record

After enabling this option, make sure both options are also enabled:

  • Internal meeting participants

  • External meeting participants
