How to enable AI Coach Bot

In this article, you'll learn how to enable AI Coach Bot to join and record your calls so you can focus on the conversation.

The AI Coach Bot helps you concentrate on your sales calls by joining and recording them. Some of the benefits are:

  1. You don't need special subscriptions to Google Business or Zoom. The Bot can join and record your calls and then automatically review them once they are finished.

  2. Processing time is significantly faster than native integrations with Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.

  3. Sometimes, we forget to record a call, but with the AI Coach Bot, this won't happen. You only need to allow the bot to join the call, and it will begin recording automatically.

How to enable the AI Coach Bot

Open up Triple Session and click on Settings at the sidebar.

After that, under AI Coach, you should see a menu called AI Coach Bot. On that same page, you should see an option to Connect with your Google Calendar.

After connecting with Google Calendar, you should see an option to enable the Bot.

Almost done! Now that you have the assistant enabled and ready to join your calls, here are additional steps to enhance your experience.

  1. Change your assistant's name. By default, it's named "Your Name's AI Coach Notetaker."

  2. You can select extra meetings for the bot to join if you like. By default, it will join every non-recurring meeting on your calendar. You can remove it from any meeting you prefer the assistant not to join.

  3. Choose a Smart Scorecard: To ensure the assistant uses the correct scorecard for each type of meeting, select the scorecards you want to use when reviewing your calls.

And that's it! The AI Coach Assistant will now join your upcoming meetings. Currently, we only support meetings on:

  1. Google Meet

  2. Zoom

  3. Microsoft Teams
