AI Coach integrates with HubSpot CRM to push deal insights to deal properties.

This integration allows sales reps to easily push data to CRM with just one click. This reduces the time and effort needed to handle administrative tasks, giving them more time to focus on their core strength: selling!

In this article, you'll learn how to connect AI Coach with HubSpot CRM.

Pre-requisites

  1. Have a HubSpot CRM account

  2. Have a Workspace configured in the AI Coach

Creating a Private App on HubSpot CRM

The integration between AI Coach and HubSpot happens through a private app in HubSpot. This gives us only the necessary access to update the deal properties and nothing else.

To get started, go to HubSpot and click on Settings at the top-right corner. After that go to Integrations > Private Apps > Create a Private App

After that, you'll be prompted to define a name for your App. We suggest: Triple Session AI Coach.

Now visit the scopes tab and make sure to select the following scopes:

  • crm.schemas.deals.read

  • crm.objects.deals.write

  • crm.objects.deals.read

  • crm.objects.deals.sensitive.read

  • crm.schemas.companies.read

  • crm.objects.companies.read

  • crm.schemas.contacts.read

  • crm.objects.contacts.read

After that, click on Create App at the top-right corner. HubSpot will then show you the Access Token.

With the token saved, go to Triple Session AI Coach settings and click on CRM at the left sidebar, then click on Connect HubSpot

The last step is pasting the token and clicking on Connect HubSpot.

And that's it! Your workspace is now connected with HubSpot! πŸ₯³

✨ Updating for Company & Contact Note Sync?

If you already configured your Private App, and want to use the new feature to push summaries and deal insights as Notes to HubSpot Companies and Contacts, you just need to grant additional permissions.

Here is how you can do it:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Private Apps > and click to Edit app on the top right

2. Search for and add these four scopes to your existing list:

  • crm.schemas.companies.read

  • crm.objects.companies.read

  • crm.schemas.contacts.read

  • crm.objects.contacts.read

The list will look similar to this:

Now, click Commit changes in the top right to save the updates.

You are now set up to push meeting notes to Companies and Contacts. πŸŽ‰
