How to use the AI Coach?

1. Click on Review Call to get started
Each call will review will consume 1 credit from your account.
If you prefer, you can integrate with Zoom. Learn how to connect your Zoom account here.
2. Fill out the call review form
Name the rep who made the call you're reviewing.
To add a new rep, start typing their name and the "Create" button will appear.
If you have already added reps to the list, you can just select them.
Select the scorecard the AI will use to assess the call.
Upload the call's transcript in .txt or .vtt.
If you prefer, integrate with Zoom
3. Click "Start analysis" and wait a few minutes
Click Start Analysis, sit back and relax while the AI Coach does the job.
In about 4 minutes (depending on the transcript length) you will get your insights.
If you want, you can leave this page while the analysis runs in the background (you will get an email when it's ready).
4. Get the report with performance insights and a coaching plan
That's it! Now, you have a full report detailing how the rep performed based on each scorecard criteria together with a personalized coaching plan to train the key area where the AI Coach identified room for growth.
