The AI Coach allows for easy import of transcript files from various recording tools including Zoom, Gong, and Google Meet.

We are currently working on making the Zoom Integration available to everyone, but until then, here is how you can download transcripts from Zoom to review sales calls using the AI Coach.

Visit the recordings in your Zoom Account, where you will find a list of recordings that you can download files from. This includes the transcript that you need to run a sales call review.

For each recording, you will have the option to download all files. Find the recording that you want to run an analysis on and click on "Download"

Now, you should have access to a file with a ".vtt" extension. This file contains the transcript that the AI Coach needs to run the evaluation.

With that file handy, go to the AI Coach and upload the transcript file you just got from Zoom.

And that's it! When you press "Start Review," the AI Coach will start the analysis process. It's that simple!
