This April, we released two major updates focused on one simple goal: saving you time and effort.
We've introduced a much simpler way to sync meeting notes to your CRM and a powerful new automation settings to link your calls to deals automatically.

➡️ Sync meeting notes into HubSpot or Salesforce
We've heard from several of you wanting a simpler way to get meeting notes into HubSpot or Salesforce—especially for quick catch-ups or when CRM fields aren't perfectly configured—without digging through recordings or overwriting fields with Deal Insights.
So, we've added a few things to help with that:
New Summary Tab
You'll find a new tab showing Outcomes, Action Items, Objections, and Potential Risks from the meeting – basically, the key stuff many of you liked from the new email summaries.
Send Summary as a CRM Note
You can now push this Summary tab as a single note to associated Deals, Companies, or Contacts in your CRM. Good for getting a quick meeting overview logged without overwriting specific fields.
Send Deal Insights as CRM Notes
If you prefer, you can also send specific Deal Insights as individual notes to your CRM records.
Direct Link to CRM Deal
After you associate a meeting recording with a deal in Triple Session, we added a link so you can jump straight to that deal page in your CRM, making navigating between the two tools smoother.
Quick Setup for HubSpot Admins:
To ensure you can push notes to Companies and Contacts (in addition to Deals), your HubSpot Admin needs to quickly update the permissions. Checkout this quick step by step:
🔗 New settings to automatically link calls to deals
This setting uses AI Coach Bot data and information from the call recording to automatically associate calls with existing Deal records in your CRM. It's enabled by default for everyone to help keep things connected.
Automatically Push Notes to CRM
If you want notes sent to your CRM after every processed call without clicking 'Update CRM', you can enable this automation. It's off by default.
Choose Content Source for Auto-Push:
When you enable automatic pushing, select exactly what type of information gets sent automatically:
Summary: Automatically sends the full call overview as a Note.
Deal Insights: Automatically sends the scorecard-based intelligence points as Notes.
Keep in mind this automatic feature pushes information as CRM Notes, not specific Property updates.
Choose Destination: Notes or Meetings
When pushing notes, you can now select whether they go to the standard 'Note' object or the 'Meeting' object in your CRM. This gives you more flexibility based on how your team tracks call activity.
