With Triple Session’s CRM Automation, you can automatically update CRM properties the moment a meeting ends β€” keeping your HubSpot or Salesforce data always up to date, without any manual steps.

βš™οΈ What This Feature Does

This automation allows you to define rules that automatically fill or update CRM fields right after a call is completed.

Requirements

  1. Your account must have access to Automations

πŸ”‘ Supported CRMs

  • HubSpot

    • Supported objects: Deals, Contacts, Companies

  • Salesforce

    • Supported object: Opportunities (more coming soon)

🧭 How It Works

Create a New Automation

Go to Automations β†’ New Automation β†’ Add Action. Change the Action type to Update CRM

Select Scorecard and Object Type

Choose the scorecard whose results should trigger the update.

Then, pick the CRM object (Deal, Contact, Company, or Opportunity) to update.

Map Fields Between Triple Session and CRM

Define which CRM fields you want to fill or update.

  • You can map multiple fields from your scorecard to CRM properties.

  • Each automation is specific to one scorecard and one object type.

Choose Update Mode for Text Fields

Decide whether you want to:

  • Append information β†’ Add new data to existing CRM text fields.

  • Replace information β†’ Override existing content completely.

--

Save and Enable Your Automation

When finished, click Save, then change the status from Draft β†’ Live.

The automation will start running as soon as calls end.

---

Monitor Results in Logs

Click Logs anytime to view:

  • How many times the automation has run

  • Success or error status for each run

πŸ’‘ Best Practices

  • Start with one scorecard to confirm mappings work as expected.

  • Use append mode when syncing qualitative feedback or notes.

πŸ”’ Security & Control

  • Data is only written to CRM fields explicitly defined by the user.

  • Automations can be disabled anytime by toggling Live β†’ Draft.

  • Logs give full visibility into every automation execution.
