This month we released many life improving updates that we're so excited to share with you, so let's jump right in!


🧠 Insights - Beta

People love Ask AI Coach in meetings and on the deals page. Now, we’re thrilled to introduce Insights. a powerful way to ask questions across all your company's meeting data.

Ask any question, and our AI analyzes relevant meetings across your organization to deliver a comprehensive report with key insights and direct links to specific calls for deeper exploration.

🗣️ Talk-time Ratio

We took a different approach to talk-time ratio. Instead of just showing how much each person speaks, we help you understand if your sales reps are following best practices.

🕐 AI Coach remember your questions

Tired of typing the same questions every time you review a meeting? We are too.

Now AI Coach remembers your most-asked questions and displays them at the start of every chat—so you can get insights faster with just one click.


📽️ Creating moments is much faster now

With a couple of clicks, you can now easily create moments right from the report page! Click on "Create Moment", pick any duration template, like 1m or 3m, and click to clip. In seconds, you'll have a brand new moment to share with your team!


📬 Transfer call report to other reps

Need to reassign a call report? Now you can transfer ownership when changing scorecards—a highly requested feature that's finally here!

When you switch scorecards, you'll see an option to assign the report to a different person. This is perfect for situations where your bot attended a meeting, but the actual sales rep was someone else.

The new owner will get their own report with the correct scorecard applied automatically.
