How to use Insights to ask questions across all your meetings

Overview

Insights helps you discover patterns and learnings across all your team’s meetings — in one place.

You can ask questions in natural language (just like Ask AI Coach) and get data-backed answers, complete with real conversation examples and actionable takeaways.


💬 What you can do with Insights

With Insights, you can:

  • Ask questions about trends across all your meetings (e.g., “What objections do we hear most often?”).

  • See main insights and related insights generated from your company’s entire conversation history.

  • Explore referenced meetings that show real examples behind each insight.

  • Share insights with teammates so everyone can learn together.

  • Save time by getting a summarized answer instead of listening to full calls.


⚙️ How it works

  1. Go to the Insights tab

    From your Triple Session dashboard, open the Insights section.

  2. Type your question

    Use natural language combined with filters of date and specific scorecards

    Examples:

    • “What are the most common objections that come up?”

    • “How prospects company our product with X?”

    • “How [Sales Rep] presents the [Feature name] feature?”

  3. Review your results

    The system will:

    • Analyze all your meetings and find the most relevant ones.

    • Summarize the main insight and related insights.

    • Send you an email once the insights are done.

    • Include links to real calls or Moments that illustrate each point.

  4. Explore examples

    Click any referenced meeting to see the exact part of the conversation where that insight occurred.


💡 Example questions to try

  • “What topics come up most in discovery calls?”

  • “Which deals mention pricing or budget concerns?”

  • “How do Alex handle objections?”

  • “How prospects compare us with X?”

  • “What feature is the most requested during onboarding?”

  • “How are reps positioning our product value?”


🔒 Privacy & access

  • Only admins have access to generating and viewing insights.

  • This feature is currently available only to selected customers.
