This month, we shipped features that help your team get insights automatically, identify coaching opportunities faster, and keep everyone focused on what matters most.

🎯 Training Focus

Managers and reps can now define a training focus to help them improve a single, most important skill at a time.

With Training Focus, Triple Session will recommend content tailored to the specific skill gap you or your sales reps need to address.

As a sales rep, this content is perfect for delivering bite-sized learning opportunities while you’re on the field. For managers, it allows you to quickly identify and assign training focus to your reps based on their skill gaps.


🧠 Recurring Insights

People loved insights. We saw a huge demand since we launched, and we really appreciate all the feedback. One of the most mentioned requests was the ability to set recurring insights.

The idea is very simple: Ask a question and have it run automatically every week, month, or quarter.

Get insights right in your inbox or on a Slack channel so other teams can get up to speed automatically. The more you use, the better it gets at understanding trends.

As you gain more insights, we’ll begin displaying trends in real-time, enabling you to make swift and confident decisions.

Recurring insights are perfect for tracking competitors, common objections raised during the week, or even product feature requests from your prospects. With every new insight, our platform learns and displays trends and alerts on ongoing developments.

Sometimes, you need a quick back-and-forth to comprehend what’s happening during your sales conversations. Now, you can use the new Ask AI Coach Global!

In this format, we provide you with an incredibly fast and powerful AI-based chat that can access every single conversation your team has had and retrieve information in a matter of seconds.

This is ideal when you don’t need a comprehensive report but instead want to quickly obtain information that you may not be aware of yet!


🗣️ Coaching Notes

Coaching is an integral part of the daily routine for every sales manager. Our goal is to empower managers to leverage our intelligence effectively, enabling them to dedicate their time to coaching the truly crucial aspects of their work.

With that in mind, we introduced Coaching Notes. Now, managers can leave notes in timestamps, deal insights, scorecard performance, and various other relevant areas.

Before their 1:1s, coaches and reviewers can now review and add notes.

Available now! Simply open any call and check your deal insights or transcript for the “Add to notes” button.
