When the AI Coach bot joins from a manager’s account, or a rep forwards a recording, the call sometimes gets attributed to the wrong person. Fixing this used to require contacting support.
When changing the scorecard on a call, managers can now also change the call owner and evaluatee in the same action.
- Transfer the report to the rep who actually did the call
- Correct the evaluatee if the wrong profile was assigned
- Works for any call — bot recordings, uploaded files, and third-party imports
Who can use it
- Managers — can transfer any call in their workspace
- Members — can transfer calls in workspaces where members can see other members (open workspaces)
