Company Context

Admins can now define context that the AI uses across every chat and analysis in the workspace:

• Company Overview — what you do, who you sell to, your value proposition
• Products & Services — descriptions of each product or plan you offer
• Competitors — how you compare to common alternatives
• Dictionary — custom terminology and acronyms used by your team

This context feeds into Ask AI Coach (in calls, deals, and global chat), into summaries and deal insights, and into transcription accuracy via the Custom Vocabulary field.

Company Email Templates

Admins and managers can now create email templates that are available to all reps in the workspace. Reps see these templates when composing follow-up emails after calls — no more copying from shared docs. Templates can be scoped to specific teams or scorecards in future updates.
