Analytics has been rebuilt around what to do next, not just what already happened. Performance Overview by Scorecard Type The Performance Overview chart now shows volume per scorecard type — so you can see not just how teams are scoring, but what kinds of conversations they’re having. Click any day or week to drill down into a detailed list of scorecards and their metrics. Team Performance Map A new Team tab shows a two-axis performance map: volume (x-axis) versus score (y-axis). At a glance, managers can see where each rep sits — and identify who needs coaching vs. who can serve as a benchmark. Scorecard Section Breakdowns When viewing a specific scorecard, you now see each section and its criteria with week-over-week trends. Spotting which section is dragging down a rep’s score — or which rep is strongest in a given area — is now a single view. Scorecard Insights Each scorecard now generates automatic insights based on patterns across all calls scored with it. No prompt required — it runs in the background.
