Three changes to how automations work.
Filter by deal insight values
Automations can now be conditioned on deal insight values, not just scorecard scores. For example:
- Send a Slack alert only when deal size is above X
- Post to a channel when competitor mentions are detected
- Trigger a CRM update only when the call outcome is “Interested”
Any deal insight field defined in your scorecard can be used as a filter condition.
Test automations against real calls
A new Test automation button lets you pick any past call and run the automation against it in real time. Logs appear as it runs so you can verify exactly what would happen — before enabling the automation for live calls.
Ignore pre-filled CRM fields
When using the Autofill CRM automation, you can now set individual fields to Ignore if already filled. This prevents Triple Session from overwriting values that were set by another tool — useful when other systems manage fields like deal amount, stage, or owner.
