Automated Reviews let AI Coach evaluate your meetings the moment they end. Once you connect a supported calling tool, AI Coach pulls in recordings automatically, selects the right scorecard for each meeting using Smart Scorecards, and delivers coaching insights to your dashboard — no manual uploads or scorecard selection needed.

What Automated Reviews do

With Automated Reviews, AI Coach:
  • Automatically reviews meetings recorded through your connected calling tools (Zoom, Google Meet, HubSpot, Aircall, Fireflies, or Microsoft Teams).
  • Applies the most relevant scorecard to each meeting using Smart Scorecards.
  • Delivers coaching insights directly to your AI Coach dashboard.

How to set up Automated Reviews

Connect a supported calling tool

Automated Reviews require an active integration with at least one supported call recording platform. Follow the setup guide for your tool:

Automated Reviews are enabled by default

Once your integration is connected, Automated Reviews turn on automatically. AI Coach will begin pulling in your meetings and reviewing them using your Smart Scorecards. No additional configuration is required to get started.

Review insights in your dashboard

After each meeting ends, AI Coach processes the recording and delivers results to your AI Coach dashboard. You can view performance scores, scorecard breakdowns, and coaching plans for every reviewed call.

Smart Scorecards

Smart Scorecards are the mechanism that allows Automated Reviews to select the right scorecard for each meeting without any manual input. Before reviewing a meeting, AI Coach matches the call against your eligible scorecards — using each scorecard’s description and smart selection hints — and applies the best fit. By default, all of your workspace scorecards are eligible. You can control which scorecards AI Coach picks, and tune how it matches them, on the Scorecards page. To include or exclude a scorecard from Automated Reviews, toggle Apply in auto reviews under Settings > Call Integrations.

Turning off Automated Reviews

If you prefer to review meetings manually, you can turn off Automated Reviews at any time in your settings. You will still be able to manually upload or import meetings for review after disabling the feature.
