Your personal profile is a central record of your learning journey in Triple Session. It pulls together all the data associated with your ongoing skill-building — every session you complete, every badge you earn, and every streak you maintain is recorded and available on demand. The profile is visible to your team and, depending on privacy settings, to the broader Triple Session community.

Accessing and updating your profile

Navigate to your profile from the app. To update your bio, job title, or company, go to Settings > Profile. Keeping this information current ensures your profile accurately reflects your role.
Share your public profile link with peers, managers, or recruiters to showcase your completed courses, earned badges, and learning consistency. You can also share individual badges directly from your profile by clicking on the badge.

What your profile shows

Personal intro

The top section of your profile displays:
  • Your short bio
  • Your job title and company
  • Badges you’ve earned

Performance overview

This section gives you a snapshot of your key activity metrics:
MetricDescription
Sessions completedThe total number of sessions where you finished the final quiz since joining
Quiz accuracyYour average score across all quizzes taken, reflecting your understanding of the material
Longest streakThe highest number of consecutive days you completed at least one session

Areas of knowledge

Your profile tracks progress across five core knowledge areas: Leadership, Psychology of Sales, Prospecting, Discovery, and Presenting. Each knowledge area is composed of skills tied to specific sessions. As you complete sessions, your skill level in the corresponding area increases. Select a knowledge area to see your skill-level progress within it. Click a specific skill name to see the Triple Session activities related to that skill.

Consistency calendar

The consistency calendar gives you a macro view of your practice habits across the year, with the ability to break down activity by month and day of the week. Darker squares indicate days with more sessions completed.

Badges

Badges recognize your achievements and are displayed on your profile under the Achievements section. There are three badges you can earn:
BadgeHow to earn it
Leader of the WeekRank first as the leader of the week
15-Day StreakComplete at least one Triple Session for 15 consecutive days
Perfect WeekComplete at least one Triple Session per day for five consecutive days
To find your badges, go to your Public Profile > Achievements.

Learning data for managers

If you have a Manager (Team Admin) role, you can access a detailed learning data view for each individual member on your team. This view is separate from the team overview dashboard and is designed to support more targeted, assertive coaching.
Only Team Admins can access individual member learning data. Team members without an admin role cannot view this page.
On a team member’s detail page, you will find:
  1. Overview — Days practiced, practice time (in minutes), and average quiz accuracy for the last 7 days, including a comparison to the previous 7-day period.
  2. Skill focus — A visual breakdown of how long, in minutes, the rep has invested in training different sales skills over the last 7 or 30 days.
  3. Calendar — A monthly calendar view of the days a rep practiced, along with indicators for when they started a track or earned a badge.
  4. Recent activity — A timeline of sessions practiced and how the rep rated each session, including any comments they left.
  5. Track list — The tracks the rep is enrolled in, each with a progress indicator and the number of sessions practiced. Use the Skill filter to navigate sessions by skill.
Each data point provides useful insights for 1:1 coaching conversations — helping you reinforce what’s working, redirect focus when needed, and align learning goals with team objectives.
