Before AI Coach can evaluate your meetings, you need to get those meetings into the platform. There are three ways to do it — choose whichever fits your workflow best. Once meetings are flowing in, you’re ready to review calls, ask AI Coach questions, and sync insights to your CRM.

Get your meetings into Triple Session

Option 1: Enable the AI Coach Bot

Connect the Bot so it can join and record your meetings automatically. When you use the Bot, AI Coach evaluates each meeting as soon as it finishes — no manual steps required.Follow the AI Coach Bot setup guide to enable it for your calendar.

Option 2: Connect your recording tools

If you already use a call recording tool, connect it to Triple Session to automatically evaluate new meetings or import previous ones for analysis.Supported integrations:
  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • HubSpot
  • Fireflies
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Aircall
Go to Settings and connect the tool you use. Each integration lets you automatically evaluate new meetings by default, and most also support importing past recordings.

Option 3: Upload files directly

Have existing video, audio, or transcript files? You can upload them manually. Click Review Meeting in the platform and select your file to get started.This option works well for onboarding recorded calls from before you set up Triple Session, or for evaluating calls from tools not yet connected via integration.

What to do once your meetings are flowing in

With meetings in the platform, you can immediately start using AI Coach to improve performance:
  • Review sales calls with AI Coach: See automated analysis, highlighted moments, risk flags, and coaching opportunities for each call.
  • Ask AI Coach for call analysis: Ask follow-up questions about specific calls to go deeper on deal context, rep performance, or next steps.
  • Sync insights to your CRM: Push meeting summaries and deal insights directly into HubSpot or Salesforce to keep your CRM up to date without manual data entry.
