Use the AI Coach Bot (recommended)

Have AI Coach join your scheduled meetings and record them automatically. Connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, choose which meetings the Bot joins, and confirm your Smart Scorecards. AI Coach then evaluates each meeting as soon as it finishes — no manual steps required.Follow the AI Coach Bot setup guide to get started.

Connect a recording tool

Already use a call recording tool? Connect it to review calls automatically. Supported integrations:
  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • HubSpot
  • Fireflies
  • Microsoft Teams
After connecting, you’ll confirm your Auto Review settings — so meetings are evaluated automatically as soon as they end — pick your Smart Scorecards, and import your first meeting. Most integrations also let you import past recordings.

Review Aircall calls

If your company uses Aircall, your calls sync automatically — there’s nothing to connect. Just choose your Smart Scorecards and start reviewing.

Upload recordings

Upload a transcript, video, or audio file from a past call — handy for calls recorded before you set up Triple Session, or from tools you haven’t connected. Supported formats: .txt, .vtt, .srt, .mp3, .wav, .mp4. Click Start review once your file is selected.
Smart Scorecards appear in every setup path — they let AI Coach pick the right scorecard for each meeting automatically. See Scorecards.

Once your meetings are flowing in

  • Review calls: See automated analysis, highlighted moments, risk flags, and coaching opportunities.
  • Ask AI Coach: Ask follow-up questions about a call’s deal context, rep performance, or next steps.
  • Sync to your CRM: Push summaries and deal insights into HubSpot or Salesforce.
