Triple Session gives you two ways to push call data into your CRM: update specific deal properties with structured insights, or log information as timestamped notes on Deal, Company, or Contact records. You can trigger either method manually from a recording, or configure automation so the sync happens as soon as every call ends.
Before syncing data, make sure your CRM is connected. See Connect HubSpot to AI Coach or Connect Salesforce to AI Coach to get started.

Method 1: Update specific CRM properties

Use this method when you want to write targeted insights — such as next steps, budget, or key pain points — into pre-defined fields on a Deal record. Each insight maps to a specific CRM property, so your data lands exactly where it needs to be for reporting and filtering. Key considerations:
  • Requires an admin to have mapped Triple Session insight fields to CRM properties in advance. See Map Fields.
  • Sending to a property overwrites any existing value in that CRM field.
  • Only available when syncing to a Deal record.
1

Open the Deal Insights tab

Navigate to a meeting recording and click the Deal Insights tab.

3

Select the deal and choose Properties

Confirm the correct Deal is selected — search for one if it isn’t already associated. Make sure the Properties option is selected.

Method 2: Send information as CRM notes

Use this method to log a full meeting summary or specific deal insights as an activity note on a Deal, Company, or Contact record. Notes create a chronological history on the CRM record without overwriting any structured fields, and they work without any field mapping setup. Key benefits:
  • No field mapping required — works immediately after connecting your CRM.
  • Preserves a chronological activity log on the CRM record.
  • Does not overwrite data in structured CRM fields.
  • Supports Deals, Companies, and Contacts.

Configuration settings for automation

Access these settings in Settings > AI Coach > CRM. Triple Session uses AI Coach Bot data and call recording information to automatically associate calls with existing Deal records in your CRM. This setting is enabled by default for all workspaces. You can choose to link only Deals/Opportunities, or expand linking to include Companies and Contacts as well.

Automatically push notes to CRM

When enabled, Triple Session sends call notes to your CRM after every processed call — no manual Update CRM click required. This setting is disabled by default; toggle it on to activate it. When enabling, you can also select which CRM objects receive the notes.

When multiple objects match — for example, a Deal, Contact, and Company — Triple Session pushes to the first match in this priority order: Deal → Contact → Company → Lead. It pushes to the first match and stops.

Choose a content source

Use the content source dropdown to select what gets pushed automatically:
  • Summary — sends the full call overview (outcomes, action items, etc.) as a note.
  • Deal Insights — sends the specific scorecard-based intelligence points as notes.
  • Summary + Deal Insights — sends both in a single combined note.
Content source selection for automatic CRM push
The automatic push feature only sends information as CRM Notes. It does not automatically update specific CRM Properties. To update properties, use the manual method or set up an automation — see Automatically Update CRM Fields When Calls End.

Choose the destination: Notes or Meetings object

Use the Notes or Meetings dropdown to choose where in your CRM the information is stored:
  • Notes — sends call information to the standard CRM Note object.
  • Meetings — sends call information to the CRM Meeting object.
Choose the destination that best matches how your team tracks call activity in your CRM.
