AI Coach analyzes your sales call transcripts against a scorecard and returns a full performance report with a quantitative score, a detailed breakdown of each criterion, and a personalized coaching plan — all without you having to listen to the recording. Each review consumes one credit from your account.

How to review a call

Click Review Meeting

Open AI Coach and click the Review Meeting button to start a new review.
Each meeting you review consumes 1 credit from your account. If you prefer not to upload transcripts manually, connect an integration instead — AI Coach supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Fireflies, and Aircall.

Fill out the meeting review form

Complete the three fields in the review form:
  • Rep — Select the sales rep who made the call. To add a new rep, start typing their name and click the Create button that appears.
  • Scorecard — Select the scorecard the AI will use to evaluate the meeting. See Scorecards to learn which options are available.
  • Transcript — Upload the call transcript as a .txt or .vtt file. If you have an integration connected, you can import the call directly instead of uploading a file.

Click Start review and wait

Click Start review. The AI Coach processes the transcript and generates your report in approximately 2–5 minutes, depending on transcript length.You can leave the page while the analysis runs in the background. You will receive an email notification when your report is ready.

Review your report

Once processing is complete, your full performance report is available in AI Coach. The report contains three main sections described below.

Understanding your report

Score and performance summary

The report opens with a quantitative score and a brief written summary highlighting where the rep performed well and where there is room to improve. This gives you an at-a-glance view of overall call quality before diving into the details.

Scorecard breakdown

Each criterion in the scorecard is assessed individually. For every item, you get a rating and examples pulled directly from the transcript to illustrate the analysis. This makes it easy to see exactly which moments in the conversation drove each result.

Coaching plan

AI Coach identifies the single most important area for the rep to focus on and builds a targeted coaching plan around it. The plan also includes a Practice Guide with video session recommendations designed to address the specific skill gaps identified in that call.

Transcript formats and integrations

AI Coach accepts transcript files in .txt or .vtt format. Alternatively, connect a supported call recording tool so AI Coach can import recordings automatically:
  • Zoom
  • Google Meet
  • Microsoft Teams
  • HubSpot
  • Fireflies
  • Aircall
