How to customize your recording preferences
Navigate to Settings > AI Coach Bot > Recording Preference and select the option that best suits your needs:
All one-time meetings – The bot will record every meeting that doesn't repeat.
External meetings only – The bot records only if at least one participant's email domain is different from your company's
Internal meetings only – The bot records only if all participants share your company's email domain
By title keyword – The bot records meetings only if the title contains specific keywords you define.
We’ve also added an option to allow the bot to join recurring meetings, if needed.
