⚠️ Important: This integration must be set up by a Company Admin in Triple Session. Unlike other integrations (like Zoom or Google Meet), individual team members cannot connect their own accounts.
Requirements
To use the Quo integration, make sure you meet these requirements:
✅ Quo account with owner or admin access: You must be an owner or admin in your Quo workspace to generate an API key.
✅ Admin access in Triple Session: Only users with Company Admin privileges can complete this setup.
💡 The Quo integration is organization-wide
This means only one Company Admin connects Quo on behalf of the whole team, simplifying onboarding.
Once the integration is done, reps don't need to set up anything individually. If a rep's Quo phone number is included, their calls will be pulled in automatically.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to AI Coach's Settings
Log into your Triple Session account.
Click the Settings tab from the sidebar menu.
Alternatively, you can access Settings from within any AI Coach page—Analytics, Meetings, or Moments.
Click on Integrations.
Find Quo, then click Connect.
Log in to Quo as an owner or admin.
Open Workspace Settings > API.
Create a new API key and name it "Triple Session".
Copy the generated API key.
Return to Triple Session's Quo Integration settings page.
Paste your Quo API key into the API key field.
Click Verify key.
Triple Session will verify the connection and display the available Quo phone numbers.
You'll see a confirmation message once the integration is active.
Triple Session will start matching calls by user email and analyzing them with your active Smart Scorecards.
If the integration is active but a rep's calls aren't showing up in AI Coach, check these common issues:
The rep's phone number isn't linked to their Triple Session account. Make sure the phone number associated with their Quo account matches the one in their Triple Session profile.
No Smart Scorecards are selected. Check that at least one Smart Scorecard is enabled for the rep's recording settings.
The API key has expired or been revoked. If the Quo API key is no longer valid, generate a new one and re-verify it in Triple Session.
✅Admin action:
Go to Members in your AI Coach settings.
Check the column Scorecards. If it says 0, it means the rep doesn't have any Smart Scorecards selected.
Click the icon to open options, and click Recording Settings.
Now, just select Smart Scorecards for the rep.
